James_55 wrote: Hey guys, new here, please bare with me. I had Dr Elist Pneuma enhancement surgery approx 4 years ago. Have any of you had this procedure done and then followed through with the corrective surgery needed after having one of these installed and removed?. Dr Elist never informed me about the loss of length, and before I decided to go with this procedure, I could only find good reviews on it. What he doesn't tell you, is that upon insertion, you automatically lose 1" in length, I questioned him on this after the surgery and he said "yes, there may be a minimal loss in length, but that will be offset by the new girth you now have. Mine got badly infected after meticulous care and hygiene, had to be taken out, and that's when the real retraction or shrinkage occurred, I lost 2.5" of length from this barbaric procedure. Have any of you guys experienced the same, and if so, did you chose to go through the corrective surgery procedure to regain your length back. Also, who did your surgery, what were your results. Kind regards gentleman, hope to hear back from a few of you....
Unfortunately length loss (especially initially) of notable size (yes, in the 1 inch+ ballpark) has been commented on many times.
Fortunately, there is reason to believe this length can be retrieved, and I'd recommend going to
PhalloBoards 2.0
and using the SEARCH Function there for terms like "Implant removal" , "Penuma" , and "Elist" and "Silicone Implant" to name a few. In those threads, you'll find some that discuss routines and methods employed to regain some or all of their length back. Topics can go back well over a decade, so be prepared to give yourself a private hour or two of reading.
Also worth noting, while some of the comments may seem discouraging or depressing, please note that the writers were in a bad space mentally at the time of writing their posts (understandably so), and many of those same guys have made some strides since in regaining normalcy.
While I haven't seen as much reporting here about it in very recent times (I guess men are starting to see that there are far more efficacious options out there now), Penuma does come up from time-to-time. If it isn't obvious, I would never recommend the Penuma or Himplant (or whatever they've rebranded it now due to national bad press stretching from The New Yorker to the Business Insider magazines).
There is also
The Penuma Removal subreddit;
while this one only goes back 4 years (when compared to the 15+ years of PhalloBoards commentary), I do find that these seem to have more
recent incident reports, and may be equally as helpful as the content you can find on the 2.0 site I linked above.
Good luck!
