The effect of having more volume causing tissue to stretch and grow is great, but the problem is size is so addictive. Even though you might see tissue growth, you want the size back. Unfortunately I have not seen any instances, much less theories or proposals, in how dermal fillers could adequately/effectively restore any sort of
Foreskin. Even some initial musings and imagining on my part, I feel that any attempt would make it appear blatantly artificial and not worthwhile one bit.
I suppose there could be some means in the future through a surgical or non-surgical approach, and that would take some ingenuity, creativity, and even some risk-taking on the part of an Innovator in the field. Time will tell. However, till such time, I don't know if there is any merit to the use of fillers in this regard, but it is definitely something
