TOPIC: Diving in...ellanse at avanti derma

I have spent months pouring through this site and all these helpful posts. Can't say how useful this community has been to help make this decision. They currently have me set for 12-14 of Ellanse 2nd week of October. Any tips tricks or advice would be greatly appreciated. Will post pics and try to update throughout hopefully be as helpful as you all have been for me.

I wish you luck, I'm going on five years with Ellanse (3 year version) and five rounds rounds with the first one in September 2020. I haven't noticed any decrease. I think I have more Ellanse than anyone in the world. I'm eventually going to transition to Linnea safe. Yeah Bellafill is an option but I like avantia derma and there are arguments to be made for Linnea safe over Bellafill. I honestly would keep going with Ellanse but the thing is, if and when it decreases, I don't want to keep going through rounds later in life if my body has trouble healing wounds. It's a recipe for infection.

But back to Ellanse, I think the reason you chose it is because it's semi-permanent so there's an added safety net in case something goes wrong. We don't know how long the gains actually last if you've read this sub.

I got some little nodules from my last session where I reached a two Inch gain from my original 5 Inch Girth. So not quite .5 per round. But I screwed up with the second round and did too much too soon. I gained considerably less my second round but did more. I wouldn't go over 12ml, it may be a waste. They'll gauge that, telling you there's no more room, but I would just save the money even if they say they can put more in. It could leak out and your wasting product if it all doesn't fit.

So the nodules last round, I've talked about this before here, in my opinion was because I didn't press the product away from the entry points hard and often enough. Product stayed too close to the wound, the wound had trouble healing, and my body formed these little white Balls that look like whiteheads to seal the wound. My other four rounds I didn't have this much of an issue but it was still somewhat of an issue during the fourth. The reason I wasn't pressing the product away as much was because I was actually fairly concerned of the wound not healing in time for me to go on vacation with this girl. I didn't want to have sex with her and have the wounds open up. So to speed healing, it was my idea to not aggravate the wounds as much. The first three rounds the healing was much quicker in terms of the wound healing. The first round I think was the worst in terms of bruising and swelling. If you listen to what Avantia tells you to do, you'll be fine. Honestly, the little bumps don't bother me. Not one girl has said anything. My head is disproportionate to my shaft but I don't care.

I would definitely get a room at the grand and do it now so they don't sell out the rooms. You don't want to be walking back and forth from another hotel and getting room service at the grand is way easier than eating out. And not that much more expensive. I would stay a full day extra if it was my first round again. After that and you get the hang of it, flying out the next day is fine as long as you keep up with the after care.

Wow 5 rounds took me almost a year to convince myself to do this 1. Ive heard great things about Ellanse and lasting longer than predicted. Plan to do atleast 2 rounds and maybe a touch up.
The glans being disproportionate is a mild concern if I continue adding but figure in the next few years they will come up with a better enlargement than just HA. Same with Ellanse if it hits its shelf life and something better comes along more likely to be good candidate than if I had a permanent filler.
Yes planning to stay at the grand. Im gonna be there for 3 days post surgery. I do like the non permanent part but lil nervous overall. But life is short and a few trips to tj sound like fun.

Sort of. Dr. Horn relocated to Brussels, and I believe he still offers Ellanse last I checked, but don't quote me on that being a real-time fact since this discussion was held months ago.

Dr. Greta, who I've personally met and has been getting nothing but positive reception is the lead Physician (Urologist) at the U.K. Androfill main hub. She prefers Hyaluronic Acid (HA) for its safety profile, and as far as I know, prefers not using Ellanse. Please note* every Practitioner has their preferred methods, and that doesn't necessarily make one superior to the other. It's like hot sauces at a taco shop, you got the green, the red, and on occasion, the orange -- but you'll find that not every customer walks out with the same hot sauce.

If Ellanse is your preferred option, I would visit the largest phallic-injector of the product in the world at Avanti Derma -- unless of course you are European and the logistics to Mexico may be too cumbersome.

Ok made it here to avanti yesterday. The procedure was very smooth they brought you in give you a little chill pill. let you fill out your paperwork and then bring you back get you changed into a gown. Take a couple pics. Next they came in and cleaned me all up couple quick pinches of numbing then painless application of 12 cc of Ellanse. All in all looks good this morning. Got some bruising and 2 weep spots im working out. Gonna go down for hyperbaric therapy this morning for 1.5 hr then back to see Ian for massage techniques and follow up. Will post updated photos and stats in a couple days. For anyone on the fence about doing this, so far, I highly recommend.

Here is the day after and a short video of Ian manipulating the filler this may give you a better idea of what they say when massaging is tiresome lol he is aggressive with it. You have to keep in mind you are moving a fairly solid filler. Warm dry cloth for sure. All around awesome visit will be back in Feb for touch up. Dr. M absolutely great and Ian is very nice super helpful.

Been great so far had 2 Lil spots that weeped right after first round and I didn't squeeze enough of excess filler out before it healed so have 2 tiny Lil white heads in either side but very unnoticeable. 1 small Nodule where it setteled into a lil fat pocket above cir scar and i couldnt work it back out, also only noticeable to me so far.
I actually just went in this week for a Lil touch up did 8 cc looks good, nice and even. I didnt swell as bad this time and seems to be healing faster this time around. You do have to really move that stuff and keep it where it needs to be. I have it wrapped in urowrap right now which seems to help keep in place during the day. Massage every 3-4 hrs. I will post more pics in a few days after bruising and swell goes down.
Highly recommend, women love the size and do not notice filler. I asked a f-buddy what she thought, she vigorously expressed her approval.
The first round got me to snug in magnums they wanted to do 14 cc each time but I did 12cc first then 8cc gonna do another 8cc-10cc in feb.
If you are contemplating this get bruise cream, face scrapper and stone roller help move the filler, a Lil bruise cream makes it easier to slide tools and move filler wrap with warm cloth first. Urowrap is great for helping keep filler in place throughout the day. I do red light therapy 30 min at night and did hbo therapy right after both recessions.
Start pumping and Hanging a ball weight a month or 2 before going it helps stretch the skin and I believe is the reason they recommended that volume I had good stretchy skin and could take more filler. But I plan on layering over time. Take 6mg of Cialis for a month before going stop 36 hr before procedure. Take collagen a month before and after. Pump every other day. Not to the point of discomfort but pump for 1 to 2 minutes let it relax then do it again and don't do it for finishing pleasure just let it relax. I always thought pumps were a gimmick they are not. have seen lasting results from pump and hang.

Also can you provide details of your Hanging, stretching, extending and pumping processes before and after….thanks….i want to make sure i have enough loose skin….thanks
