TOPIC: Foreskin restoration after pmma?

I’m very close to pulling the pin on either HA or PMMA round one but am wondering about Foreskin restoration. I was cut extremely tight as an infant and over the last couple years have used the foreskinned air device to get to a moderate to slightly loose Circumcision. I have read here extensively and seen the outcomes and limitations of cut vs uncut. I am wondering if it would be possible or problematic to continue restoration after filler? Anyone with any experience?

Not sure I understand what you’re asking. If you’re cut and you’re using a pump type device to loosen the skin to allow for more filler, that’s a good thing. You can continue to pump post filler moderately and at a safe pressure - I do and have had one round. It helps with my erectile quality.

Thanks for the reply. I am talking about using a device to appply tension to grow new skin that will eventually be long enough to try to replicate a natural Foreskin as best as possible. I use the Foreskinned Air device.

I am wanting to do the same, Fisher. But like you, I am unsure of how the already present PMMA would effect the appearance or function of any restored Foreskin.

I was hoping someone would have experience as both Phalloplasty and Foreskin restoration are expanding in popularity. If the skin moves independent of the implant I would think it should work. FR is such a slow process I would think if there were any issues they should show up early and you can stop

You are thinking the same way I am. If the product was placed under in the correct layer then theoretically a guy should be able to stretch without disturbing the implant. And you're right. It is a slow process that would allow for course correction or abandonment if you see any issues.

Exactly. Does your skin move independent of the Pmma? As in does the pmma seem to stay fixed with the shaft? @briceb I can’t seem to find your logs on 2.0 to see your progress pics. Any links?
