Hi,
The same amount of filler does not always equal the same amount of gain. This happens for several reasons:
1. Baseline Size – The thicker or longer you are to begin with, the more filler is required to achieve noticeable increases. A man starting at 4” will see a larger percentage change from the same volume than someone at 7”.
2. Filler Type – Hyaluronic acid fillers (Voluma, etc.) tend to hydrate and expand slightly after injection, so 1 cc may effectively become ~1.1 cc over time. Bellafill (PMMA) does not expand and works closer to a one-to-one ratio. but sometimes it is less than 1:1 Even among HAs, expansion varies by product.
3. Measurement Variability – Gains reported online aren’t always standardized. Some men measure differently, so results can appear inconsistent.
4. Biological Response – Everyone responds differently. Tissue compliance, collagen response, and how well filler integrates vary from person to person.
The main reason to "go slow" is not that it will affect the gains you ge tbut rather staged treatments usually give smoother, more natural results.
This is a link that gives guys a rough estimate of how much filler they will need based in length and girth.
