I know a lot of people or physicians are against it because the cost of it is way too high and it doesn’t last that long. I can tell you with physician who has the skills to inject the HA correctly into the glans, results last. From top to bottom, nothing to 10 mL in total. On the side, I have 21 mL in my shaft.

I wouldn't say "a lot" of Physicians are against per se (Hyaluronic Acid for glans augmentation), but the many do report less longevity in the glans than in the shaft (this is largely for reasons that are anatomical/physiological), but everyone degrades the product at different rates, hence why many temporary fillers are provided "average" or "windows" of longevity. That said, it is conceivable some have it last longer than usual, of course, but don't go into this (I'm referring to the Readers here) with the assumption this is a universal truth, at least not until some technique proves otherwise.

I'd love for there to be a long-lasting and/or permanent option for glans augmentation, trust me, I'd greatly benefit. I'm not one to blemish things, I only cheerlead the tried & true. So rest assured when I say that if any Doctor, Clinic, or method comes along that shows some promise for a notably longer-than-average longevity (when compared to today's offerings), I'd be the first to pin it to the Forums.

Site note, great HA work done!

Can’t really tell much of difference from that angle, the last one looks a bit fatter I guess.

The glans is more prominent gradually from top to bottom. I think taking the picture with the same angle this way best show case work being done on it
