Had PMMA this morning with Dr. Rupeka in Florida. Super easy and smooth procedure. This was the first week his Florida office was open. Did 15 cc of Bellafill , had 8 cc of Ellanse at Avanti 2 years ago. Only discomfort was the numbing sting but it was minimal. Had good conversation during the procedure. Nice guy, does a lot of these procedures. Super laid back. Highly recommend

What was your starting stats and how much did you gain from the 15 CCs so far?

did you fly back that same day of the injection?

In hindsight, is it more ideal to stay that night or you think there's no issue with sitting down in a plane for 4 hours?
I don't want to risk excessive Turtling in those first few days

Was about 5.2 prior at about 5.85 BPEL, i would say i was over 6 in Girth and now has decreased to about 5.75

yea i flew back the same day from Tampa to Arizona so about a 4 hour flight. We used Urowrap so Turtling was minimal and i honestly felt like the product didn’t move much after Rupeka injected it compared to when i had Ellanse at Avanti. The stuff was moving a ton for weeks.

Why did you do only 8cc at Avanti? Don’t they do up to 20 cc in their base package? That’s what I would like, I want a big Girth increase.

With Ellanse they do a max of 12 cc and you pay per CC. I was concerned with asethetics so i started conservative. better to add a bit at a time

because it was temporary but over 2 years later i don’t think it has reduced at all. If i had to do it over again I would’ve started with PMMA. My PMMA w Rupeka was super easy

If you had to do it over again would you do PMMA with Rupeka or Avanti? Trying to decide now for my first round. Eventually id like to go to both but dont know which one to go to for first round, seems like Avanti is a better deal money wise.

I am exploring PMMA options because I am stuck in the States and can’t get Ellanse. I’ve reached out to Rupeka through their online form as well as the email listed but can’t seem to get a response. Did you have trouble reaching them as well?

I also went to Dr. Rupeka for my first round a week and a half ago now. It seems my swelling is all but gone at this point, no more bruising, and the filler hardly moved at all even from day one. Really great experience. As OP said, he is very laid back, and the procedure was super easy. I started with 45syr. I’m 8.2” BPEL and started at 4.9” EG, and so far a week and a half in, I’m sitting at 5.75” EG with really great symmetry/evenness. I’m very close to my goal already, and will go back in January for my final touch up. I’d recommend him to anyone.
