I am getting
PMMA this month and one of the important parts of the recovery is to stay elongated as much as possible. Especially the first 3 days. I was told use whatever
Hanger device I’m comfortable with.
I’ve never used hangers/stretchers. Only manuals and pump.
I am also uncircumcised.
I looked at the male
Hanger compression device - seems fine - but squeezing it right around the penis doesn’t sound like good idea during the recovery stage of
PMMA - or am I wrong?
I looked at zen
Hanger - it’s a noose around the glans - I assume this is much better because the pressure will not be compressing the shaft (?).
I also think that the weight is not significant it’s more significant that the penis stays stretched out - so low weight long time - maybe the zen (noose type) is best?
My surgery is coming up in few weeks and need to buy and familiarize myself with the device.
What hangers do you suggest?
