If you get the shockwave therapy make sure someone tracks to settings to ensure you are getting the most for your efforts.

1.9 bar
11 herz
are the best settings?

what is the
2000

26000

Or you mean being sure you get enough 'hits'?

Please remember that every man's body is completely different and what may work great for one guy could potentially damage another. As long as you see a LiSWT provider who is well-trained, they are going to know what is most effective and safest for you. "More is always better" is not the case when it comes to anything having to do with your penis. You only get one. . .

There is no problem having PMMA for using shockwave, is there?

Just afraid of my Doc saying 'you did what!?' and him being 'better safe then sorry, i will not do shockwave here just because i don't want to be viable'

Thinking about just not telling him.

I guess i can just tell him i asked the PMMA doc and he said it's perfectly ok. (i did not, i just assume)

I’ve been watching Dr Emer’s videos for over a year or so and he uses shockwave treatment after doing filler on his patients so I would assume it’s safe. I also do hear much about him on this forum at all.

LiSWT is perfectly safe if you've had PMMA. However, I will say that you should always tell the members of your medical team what you have done no matter what you think the outcome might be. To lie to or withhold information from a provider can be incredibly dangerous. If you don't feel comfortable being up front and honest with someone who is treating you, you need to find someone else who you are comfortable with talking to with 100% honesty.
