Hi everyone! Long time lurker, first time poster here. I have pretty loose skin on my shaft, which is wrinkly when Flaccid, but looks fine when Erect. I'm Circumcised, but when Flaccid, it looks like i have a half-Foreskin. I'm considering getting filler to smooth this out, but am unsure about how natural it would look after. When i pinch the skin and pull it away from my shaft, there is a web of about 1.5-2" of skin, all the way from the base to just below the glans, so it would take a substantial amount of filler to completely fill, not to mention the fact that i don't want that much additional Girth. To get to the point, I was wondering about the effect of loose skin on the aesthetics of the finished result. If i fill part of what my skin will accommodate, like up to 1" of Girth, will that get rid of wrinkles? Would it still be aesthetic if it heals in this state, or will filler be prone to migrating? Will it look strange when Flaccid or Erect if partially filled? Thanks to every member of this forum, I appreciate the non-judgemental and helpful information, experience, and opinions contributed by you all!

Hi,

One thing I really like about fillers, and something I think is underappreciated, is that they significantly improve the appearance of the penis for men who have a lot of loose skin when flaccid—especially as they age and the penis starts to look older. You can achieve substantial improvement without completely filling all the available skin space, and if you're not looking for a substantial increase in girth, this is exactly what I'd recommend. Taking this approach will look natural and aesthetically pleasing in both flaccid and erect states. You’ll likely still have some loose skin, but the overall aesthetic will be much improved.

What would not look good, in my professional opinion, is completely filling all the available skin space when flaccid. Migration is not an issue, particularly when using this more conservative method.

If you look at our before-and-after photos at this link:
getmoregirth.com/penile-enhancement-before-after/
Specifically the third set titled Before & After (15 Voluma - Enlargement) and the seventh set titled Before & After 3 Weeks (6 Voluma Enhancement)—these examples illustrate exactly what I'm describing and will help you visualize the outcome.

Hope that helps.

Dr. S
