I believe it can be done. I wouldn't describe this as severe curvature but it wouldn't hurt to determine whether or not you are at risk (i.e. develop in later stages) the Peyronie's condition, but I want to stress that I'm not a Medical Professional and this is just some preemptive measures I'm recommending on what I've seen in the past; again, the current curvature doesn't appear severe and in fact, I'm sure many partners would like it.
That said, I would start with low volumes of Hyaluronic Acid (HA) first. If you're in SoCal,
@Dr_Tsay
may be able to help at his Clinic in Tustin (Orange County). He does offer Bellafill for other procedures, but whether he does for the penis would be at his discretion.
And with respect to Mexico, Avanti Derma specializes in PMMA and Ellanse, one permanent and the other long-term (with life expectancy of the product currently unknown & variable) respectively, so they could also be options to consider.
I'd recommend HA first due to the curvature -- to see how injectable phalloplasty will accommodate the shape in terms of aesthetics. From there you can decide either:
(1) injectable phalloplasty isn't ideal and to consider alternatives like graft implants (or no augmentation at all)
(2) HA works wonderfully and to stick to it if you don't mind annual top-offs;
(3) or feel that it works but prefer semi-permanent (Ellanse) or permanent options (PMMA)
All these options are dependent on your initial satisfaction level with HA. That would be my personal recommendations.
