TOPIC: Gap at the base of the penis with HA filler

I recently had a lengthening procedure and HA injections done together in South Korea. The lengthening doesn't seem to have done much. There is one English speaking nurse there who acted as my translator and he explained it to me.

They're supposed to have operated on the fascia, the connective tissue at the base of the penis, not the suspensory ligament. The doctor said I got a great result, 2-3 cm, but I haven't noticed much change 2 weeks out. It looks a bit different and it might appear to be slightly longer, maybe less than a cm, although it's also only the top of the penis, where it intersects with the pubic region. That area is now slightly more exposed but it didn't result in much change.

It might need more time to heal and something else I've heard is that there tends to be some temporary retraction after HA filler. Has anyone experienced this?

The filler hasn't turned out very good either. They didn't Inject into that area where they operated and I was told they can't so that because it can migrate into the body. The end result is that there is a very noticeable gap at the base of the penis when Erect, 2 centimeters in length. I got 20 ccs injected so it's very noticeable and it makes it look very weird. I want to have it touched up with a few ccs in that area for a natural result but they told me they can't do anything for 3 months.

Either I need another doctor to do it, since I can't come back, or I need to do it myself. Sounds like a bad idea but I don't want to wait months to fix it.

Did anyone have this problem? It has to be possible to inject there or you can't possibly get a decent looking result. Might still be a bit of inflamation but I think it would be better to add a few ccs there.

Adding a picture. Flaccid but it looks pretty bad when Erect. Not much swelling at this point. Replaced my bandage to take this picture. And yes, the incision hasn't fully healed. It looks a little disgusting because of the disinfectant which is yellow.

But again, the space with no filler looks very weird.

The gap itself I believe can be resolved down the road, and I think a picture without you tugging it way out might be useful because you're effectively pulling forward your pubic region which is not your penis, and this (notably strong tug) may be creating an illusion of a much bigger gap than there really is. I could be wrong, but a photo of it just Hanging would help answer this question.

On a separate note, were you provided instructions or any kind of post-op protocol with respect to cementing your length gains? Many Doctors will recommend the use of traction devices (equipment designed to extend the Phallus like your hand is doing in the picture for hours at a time, over the course of many weeks or few months), and this is traditionally coupled with Ligamentolysis (lengthening surgery) to maximize gains.

I'm not entirely sure about the details of the procedure. Unless I was misled about it, they did not release the suspensory ligament. I still have a wrap on it and I was experiencing some mild erectile disfunction, along with a bit of pain. I'm not sure yet about the final result. The doctor initially told me 2-3 cm.


Overall, the Girth increase from about 5.1 to 5.9 inches. It was a cheaper product, Hyafilia Impact, a Korean filler which was created for the penis, but I'm not sure about the durability.


I am planning to do some stretching once it heals. Like I said, I don't understand the anatomical details of the procedure. In theory, it's not needed but I definitely don't want any retraction.

Another problem I had is the Circumcision scar. Apparently I had a somewhat overzealous Circumcision, not extreme but noticeable. I was told that it's very difficult to inject the filler there, and that may be a reason. They weren't able to proportionally spread the filler, and they injected too much into the lower part of the penis. I've also seen some evidence that Circumcision, apart from making the penis thinner, also shortens it.

But after a few more days, it does look a bit better. Aftercare is probably very important. I removed the wrap to look at it again, which was a mistake. I'll have to swap it up again. It looks like inflamation has gone down and the filler has moved a bit. At the moment it looks pretty good.

Something I've read from others is that they experienced some retraction after getting filler injected. Is that typical? Like I said, I'm having some moderate erectile disfunction at the moment.

I'd highly recommend a consultation with Proud Urology (in South Korea) for a second opinion before trying to resolve any gap issues. Not saying not to go to your original provider, but it wouldn't hurt to get additional information from a Clinic that specializes in "all-things-men's-sexual-health," including penis enlargement and erectile dysfunction.
