Hi lads,

So last year i went ahead and had 30ml of HA over 2 sessions. Very Happy with the results for the most part. Im uncut and now it has been over 12 months the filler has started to slowly decline. However i have had filler migrate to the Foreskin. I thought i could just go in and get it dissolved but my doctor has told me that my Foreskin has actually stretched, and there could be fluid within the skin and basically thats how it is now. He did advise i could wear a compression sleeve to try to squeeze it, but also said it could happen again. Its not a massive worry but aesthetically i would like it to look better.

So i’m now leaning to go for a Circumcision. I would like to hear other lads experiences that have had this done for this purpose of having filler and what differences there is. I don’t actually have a Foreskin tho goes over my glads, so it sits just behind the Glands unless i pull it over, so my sensitivity of the glads is not that much. But how are handjobs or masturbation, has it had impact on the quality of those? Ive read quite a few forums on adult Circumcision and its a mixed bag on guys really liking it or regretting it. Anything else you can help me with i would be very appreciative.

Thanks John

I'd do a search on this, you'll find most men decide to get their Circumcision before pursuing procedures, not after. Fortunately, since you went the route of Hyaluronic Acid (HA), you should be able to get to a point in which a Circumcision is feasible since the HA itself is a temporary filler. That said, the circumcising physician needs to be aware of your HA injections and will be at their discretion if & when it's best to do the procedure.

Congratulations on your journey into GE with HA fillers. Im sorry to hear about your Foreskin issues. Yes, it is common for filler to "migrate" to the Foreskin over some period of time (not usually right away). Fillers are placed into a certain "plane" underneath the penile skin and from there it can move in either direction. Without seeing your anatomy in person, another scenario is the the HA (a hydrophilic product) can "attract" or pull in water which can make the Foreskin look edematous or confuse you with migration of filler. Edematous tissue is usually more fully/watery and if you press your finger into the edematous area and leave pressed for 30 seconds, can leave an indentation. Your doctor could also partially dissolve some of the filler that is around your Foreskin.

Based on what you mentioned, your kind of... Circumcised in a way... because you mentioned your Foreskin sits behind the glans. If you did decide to go with a Circumcision you would probably have a similar feel afterwards. The doctor performing the Circumcision would need to know ahead of time about your HA fillers for sure. I have had a patient receive a Circumcision after HA fillers and he was totally pleased with the outcome.

Hope this helps.
