Congratulations on your journey into GE with
HA fillers. Im sorry to hear about your
Foreskin issues. Yes, it is common for filler to "migrate" to the
Foreskin over some period of time (not usually right away). Fillers are placed into a certain "plane" underneath the penile skin and from there it can move in either direction. Without seeing your anatomy in person, another scenario is the the
HA (a hydrophilic product) can "attract" or pull in water which can make the
Foreskin look edematous or confuse you with migration of filler. Edematous tissue is usually more fully/watery and if you press your finger into the edematous area and leave pressed for 30 seconds, can leave an indentation. Your doctor could also partially dissolve some of the filler that is around your
Foreskin.
Based on what you mentioned, your kind of...
Circumcised in a way... because you mentioned your
Foreskin sits behind the glans. If you did decide to go with a
Circumcision you would probably have a similar feel afterwards. The doctor performing the
Circumcision would need to know ahead of time about your
HA fillers for sure. I have had a patient receive a
Circumcision after
HA fillers and he was totally pleased with the outcome.
Hope this helps.
