AD is an amazing office and the service is like Love & more. Its a fact.
But I think sadly after now so many more options in Amercia.. their revenue goes back.. Understandable.

My opinion: They should open a second office in America.. cause most clients would wish go to the Founder of Pmma Dr C. (founder regards using it in penis) - but they do not want to leave the country.. and now there are so many options in America..
I really don't want to have to go here but I think it's incredibly unfair, if not absurd, to
suggest that Avanti Derma would ever resort to using cheaper product when their very goal should be trying to acquire as many new & repeat clientele as possible, especially in light of how much more crowded & saturated the penis enlargement scene has become. Cutting costs in this field has historically been associated with cutting quality, the one attribute that Avanti Derma has remained consistent on for well over a decade -- it would only be in their best interest to provide the highest quality product available to them while remaining transparent.
We've had a lot of bad actors and poor methods chronicled since 2010, if any Clinic deserves the
benefit of the doubt, Avanti Derma would certainly be on the short-list.
Many were not here when Avanti Derma was so heavily scrutinized that it became a mandated policy (although I'm not sure if it's still in practice today) to show the sealed boxes of syringes with the serial # intact. The same level of scrutiny was never placed on Avanti's American peers during that same time, and quite honestly felt a bit rooted in a broader misguided sentiment that foreign medicine was less trustworthy (when in fact, especially as it pertains to aesthetic medicine, Medical Tourism abroad was & is a hugely successful industry).
So I ask politely, short of any concrete evidence or irrefutable proof, that we not dive into the proverbial deep end of the speculation pool, and instead rely on the innumerous progress reports that have exemplified Avanti Derma's professionalism & ethics.
As for the "2nd Office Location" idea -- well the issue there is that
both preferred fillers by Avanti Derma are
not available in the U.S. Ellanse has yet to be FDA approved, and they stock Linnea Safe PMMA, not Bellafill PMMA. They have a niche that cannot be entertained in the U.S., never mind their flying colors with respect to efficacy operating out of Mexico. This also doesn't take into account that the operating Physician (Dr. Morales) is only licensed to perform medicine in Mexico, with a US licensure being impractical (if not impossible).
I know it was not your intention to point fingers or slide out innuendos (especially given your username and past history lol), but we have to sometimes be mindful of how constructive our advice is, and instead focus on the progress of Ben3 and his specific circumstances in hopes of providing him the kind of insight that will lead him to becoming a
more informed decision maker (with respect to his treatment & recovery) through this ordeal.
