TOPIC: Circ scar swelling

Update 8/30:

I just saw the doctor for my follow up and he was very sure that this is caused by water retention caused by the filler. He said this is common right near the glans because the skin is so thin there.

He injected me with a bit of the dissolving solution right into that area and said the issue should be fixed in a few days.

We scheduled a follow up appointment in a week.

He was pretty adamant that this his nothing to do with lymph nodes or anything like that. I hope he is correct…

Update 20 minutes later:
Jesus. It now looks WAY more swollen after the dissolver was injected. I really hope this is to be expected:


Update 40 minutes later:
Got the swelling to do down by lightly massaging a bit. Also got in touch with the doctor who told me that this is a normal reaction to to the prick into the thin skin.

It seems @Dickwhitman79 has a similar issue with it getting more irritated from masturbation. Does this help at all with figuring out between lymph node vs filled migration?

@Rejuvall maybe the doctor has additional thoughts on this?

Is there any way for a doctor to find out for sure if it is filler or lymph node drainage? Like what exam would he have to do to find out?

I will ask Dr. Carney for more details about his answer when he's back in the office Tuesday. Glad to hear and see that you're doing better. Some swelling following injection is normal and should resolve once you heal.
