Hey Everyone 4 weeks out from my first round of HA filler I got 3ml at 900 a ML of Voluma XC. Before getting this I didn’t do a ton of research but enough to go through with it. I’m happy with the results though it felt like I got injected with quite a bit for the price I feel like I spent a lot. I looked into another place near me with Dr. Millhouse based in Chicago and they offer 6 units for about 3900 (1.2 ml per unit) ends up being 7 ml. Which would be a fraction of the price of Voluma and I believe a more reputable doctor as well. Though the Dr. I used was good imo. Anyways they use Versa + and I’m not sure the difference but at the price point seems like my best bet overall.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated I was going to go back for 2 more injections of Voluma but that only puts me at 5ml where adding the 7 would put me at 10 and I think that would be all I would really need.

Voluma vs Versa

The studies to obtain FDA approval for Voluma were done in the cheek and for Revanesse Versa in the nasolabial lines but I think we can infer that the fillers are likely to last roughly the same amount of time when use in the penis.

This is from the package insert for both medications:

Juvéderm Voluma™ Xc

-Voluma is documented to provide significant and sustained benefits up to 24 months post-treatment. This demonstrates that it can maintain good correction for up to two years.

- 86.6% improvement at 9 months.
- 85.2% improvement at 12 months.
- 71.5% improvement at 18 months.
- 67.1% improvement at 24 months.

Revanesse® Versa™

- Limited Long-Term Effectiveness Without Retreatments: Revanesse® Versa™ has shown sustained effectiveness up to one year post-initial treatment but requires a retreatment at 6 months to achieve this.
-The retreatment study for Revanesse® Versa™ showed: Continuous improvement up to 52 weeks, but only in patients who were retreated at 6 months.

Voluma is much longer lasting so I would calculate that in to your considerations
