Hey guys,

Thanks in advance for any advice you might be able to give. I've been lurking for a few months and have booked a last minute appointment this weekend for some filler at Androfill in London. I measure EL: just over 6 inches and EG: about 4.5 inches. FL and FG highly variable with temperature/exercise etc.

My size isn't very impressive and I'd ideally like to get my girth to above average and have a more noticeable bulge. Having read a decent number of experiences on here, my primary concern would be having my penis feel unnatural - too squishy or soft - following filler. As a result I am trying to decide between Androfill and Voluma and what volume to go for.

If anyone has any advice or experience on the long term difference in feeling of Androfill and Voluma, I would really appreciate your input. Also, any insight into volume for a first application would be really useful. Androfill have an offer on 15ml Androfill which is a comparable price to 10ml Voluma and I'm torn between the two.

Attached are some picture of my knob, if that helps!

Thanks again guys :)

Looks like you could go to 5.5 and still look very natural. (. Glans to shaft ratio). While knobs come in infinite varieties , when folks are looking at the “ideal” standard they are usually thinking porn ( where we generally see the most hard dicks. Most of these folks the glans is equal to the shaft or ever so slightly smaller.

There are lots of dudes where the glans is smaller, larger, equal. When viewed fro the top, My glans in Flaccid state is not smaller than my shaft after HA, and almost as large as my shaft from the top in Erect state. But that’s from the top. You can see in some of my pics ( actually my clone a Willie mold details it best). My Erect glans is about 5.5 and my mid Girth is 6.5 -6.75 depending on eq.

You are NOT small in the Girth department, but you CAN go a lot bigger and still look “normal”. Hope this helps brother.

Also, if you go to my PhalloFILL thread you will get at least one data point for HA filler, I had 24ml total and went from 5.5 to 6.5-6.75 Girth depending on eq.

Look up the two fillers on the data sheets, The higher the density the firmer the filler sphere size makes a difference too ( simplified). However, the denser the filler, the more likely to have areas where the filler shows ( to YOU, trust me, NO ONE else will notice). My XO sees my did I every day and she cops a feel several times a day , and is pretty intimate with my Dick. She doesn’t notice little things I do.

Thank you @Coastalcock , I really appreciate you taking the time to reply.

Firstly, congratulations on your gains. They look fantastic!

So I took the plunge today. I'm just back from the clinic so I thought it would be useful to give some feedback on my experience so far.

1. Dr Greta Peciulyte: I would like to start my echoing the experiences that other guys have reported with Greta. She was really pleasant and very professional. We had a good chat about fillers beforehand and discussed the differences between Androfill and Voluma. Based on my size, she recommended I went with 15ml of Androfill. I asked a lot of questions throughout the procedure, and she was very happy to answer them as we went along. She is clearly very detail orientated and took her time to ensure the best result. This did mean a bit of a wait for my appointment, but that wasn't a bother at all.

2. Androfill vs Voluma: So 'Androfill Premium' is actually Perfectha Subskin. Looking online I can't see a huge amount of difference between it and Voluma and Greta feels they are similar products.

3. The Procedure: Despite being medical myself, I am a complete wimp with needles. I found the penile ring block and the start of the filler injection on both sides quite painful, but this settled down once the lidocaine started working. The whole process was very relaxed and I appreciated being able to watch the whole thing. From what I can see online, Greta's approach is more precise compared to what I have seen other clinicians perform.

4. The Results: I will aim to keep a regular update as things progress. I have attached some compassion photos for 'Day 0'. I've not managed a full boner yet as it's still quite tender. EG has gone from just under 4.5 to around 5.25 mid shaft and 5.5 at the base. If I could hold onto these gains, I'd be delighted - but I'm expecting some shrinkage. Of note, I'd asked Greta what the best position was to keep my dick in my pants, she had suggested straight down which was over my balls. Maybe my balls are too tight, but these resulted in a very slight hour-glass shape of the filler by the time I got home. I'll keep an eye on this and try and mould it out.

Thanks again CostalCock, you really gave me the confidence to bite the bullet. Here's hoping I can reach your gains someday!

Great news, very interested in Dr Peciulyte’s work. 15ml is quite a bit for a single round but sounds like it’s given you a good solid increase. It will be interesting to hear how it progresses and how your results end up in terms of firmness. Keep us up to date!

Very interested. I live in East Midlands and was asking the same questions recently about Androfill vs Voluma.

Just putting some money aside to have it done, I’m about same Girth as you, 4.4 and 6 EL. I’d love to get into the higher average, maybe 5 with 10 ml.

Shame I can’t see the photos in the post!

In general, Voluma is one of the longest-lasting fillers, typically lasting at least 24 months. Voluma and other fillers often feel and look very similar initially, with the primary difference being the duration of their effects.

I fully agree with Coastal that the denser fillers can sometimes have spots that are more "visible," though these are likely only noticeable to you. However, what really makes filler most noticeable is "supersizing." This visibility is due to the Tyndall effect, which can give the skin a translucent look in areas where the filler is placed closer to the surface.

The Tyndall effect occurs when light scatters in a colloid or a fine suspension. In the case of fillers, if they're injected too superficially, the light scattering can cause a bluish tint to appear on the skin. Most intimate partners will not notice this, but it's something to be aware of when choosing the volume and type of filler.

In my opinion if your budget can afford it pick with the longer lasting filler if you can.

Dr. S
