Is this possible? Does it work? Do people do it?

My circ scar is somewhat low. I’d say there’s a good two inches of shaft above it. If filler doesn’t work there then there’s really no way I could get any filler at all, as it would look and feel strange and unnatural.

Your circ scar is considered high, not low. Think of it like you're looking at a Flaccid Dick Hanging. The top or high part is the base. Filler does work there. It's just more difficult to place it there. And there's a higher risk of nodules forming. The good thing about Linnea Safe though is you can choose to inject a 10% mixture as opposed to a 30% mixture in that area which would reduce the risk of complications.

Okay I’m trying to get this straight.

So which area is more difficult for fillers: the area between the base of your Dick and the circ scar, or the area between your circ scar and your glans?

But as long as I can get filler in both places to make things even then I’m good. And you’re saying that’s the case?

Between the circ scar and your glans is the area that is more difficult to get filler. Some Drs. wont even inject there. Higher risk of nodules, more painful too, although still not bad. I used Dr. Rupeka in Ohio and he injected right up to the glans.

How did that work out? I’ve definitely seen some results photos where the Dick has a kind of shelf where the Girth suddenly drops off closer to the glans. I don’t want that

You end up with a pig in a blanket look when Flaccid and when Erect, you can tell from the top down the little gap. Less so when you look at it from the base. See my pictures for reference. Mind you, I had a Circumcision about 3-4 years ago.

I went to Rupeka my last time after going to Avanti 3x prior and Dr Rupeka couldn’t get up to my glans. He said he couldn’t get under the scar. To his credit Avanti couldn’t get under it either.

There’s no way to avoid the gap? I thought it was possible to massage the filler right up to the glans.

There’s no way to inject from a different place in the shaft to get above the scar?

I guess I’m having a really hard time seeing the point of all this if you can only get half of your shaft augmented..

I had some PMMA barely migrate into the bottom side of the circa scar, but just barely. So far they haven’t been able to do it. I’m not a paying member or I’d post a pic. Jiva MedSpa state that he uses a fine needle to inject by the glans. So hopefully he can me some product up there. The scar tissue is acting as a barrier and the skin above is so ridiculously thin that using a big needle like they all use isn’t feasible. I’ve got too much money invested not to get the product from top to bottom

Above the circ scar is just not favorable to fillers, hence why the style of Circumcision you have has is either to your advantage or disadvantage. The area is more prone to nodules and fillers don't spread as evenly. It's a battle I've never won and probably won't ever win, but it's never been an issue as far as partners and intimate encounters are concerned.

You can try and request it done, and some are luckier than others. However, truth be told - not all of us had the optimal circumcisions that allow for the most aesthetic & natural end-result. Your best bet in retaining a natural look for guys who don't do well above the circ scar is to go for low-to-modest volumes that taper thickest at the base and thinnest behind the glans. Not a total "cone Dick" but more-or-less the idea.

Another idea is Hyaluronic Acid (HA) since it'll be less of a nuisance and more manageable if you happen to be the unlucky type who takes filler poorly above the circ scar. However, if it works well, you can continue with HA or opt to switch over to PMMA.

Even though I've never been questioned about it, honestly I'd just say it was a botched Circumcision and the doctor or nurse was quite incompetent, and I personally don't find it to be as big of a deal. However, if aesthetics is of high priority, then everything I've written before this sentence should be heeded.

What kind of Circumcision is considered ideal for getting filler above the circ scar?

Aesthetics are so key but it’s more than that. As someone who’s been on the receiving end of dicks, having a somewhat consistent shaft is generally a better experience than a Dick that’s only thick at the base.

Sorry, I can see how my comment was confusing. Like others have said, it's more difficult to inject filler above the circ scar (between the glands and the circ scar). You can definitely do it to have more of a gradual taper. But you are at a higher risk of nodules. I personally think women would enjoy nodules as extra stimulation during sex but this has never been studied and most guys probably think that thought is ridiculous. You can also just do it and if you get nodules, you can have surgically removed later.

Everyone is different. It's my theory that part of it depends on how your Dick healed after getting cut at birth, what your Dick was exposed to early on as a child, and how loose you are. My reasoning stems from my own experience of getting cut 3 months before my first round of Ellanse. My inner skin was still really fresh. My entire life the inner skin was protected by my Foreskin and now I'm injecting into it. Way more nerve endings were still present. I feel like I reacted way worse than some guys who have had that skin exposed since birth. Some guys have inner skin that's not very sensitive at all, it almost looks like their shaft skin, not very pink. And others have inner skin that looks more like actual inner skin (that more pinkish, "fresh" looking color).

How loose is your skin? There's a chance you can get a circ Revision. If you have skin that can be pulled up, a revisionist can make a cut all the way around your penis, presumably right on the scar, pull up your skin closer to the glands and stich it.

In regards to pig in the blanket, how it looks Flaccid, a gap, etc, this is all part of the game man. You're not going to get a bigger Dick without it looking less proportional. That doesn't mean it doesn't look better. Your Dick will have weight to it and will hang more when Flaccid. Women will most likely enjoy looking at your bigger Dick more. A couple rounds might not even cause the look you're concerned with. Guys who have tight skin when Flaccid, no skin even coming close to approaching the glans, don't really have this problem. Guys who are more loose when Flaccid are more prone to a pig in the blanket. Regardless, I wouldn't be worried about a hard gap, it doesn't really work like that. It's not like it's going to be a hard stop of filler at the circ line. You could massage filler up there. And filler will naturally stretch that scar out and move below it. It's not like the circ scar is a tight rubber band unless you just got it cut and the doctor stitched it tight (kind of like how my adult circ was). Even though I was stitched tight (my cut wasn't tight I'm only referring to how he stitched it), the scar gradually became more elastic and filler or collagen started moving up that way.
