You have great length which will mean you can acquire considerable amount of filler product without the same level of risk of aesthetic irregularity shorter men tend to experience.

As I've stated in previous posts, I have to be careful how I point someone in whichever direction is best -- if it was a Sponsor vs an unvetted non-Sponsor, it would be a no-brainer. But if they both happen to be Sponsors, I'll have to be more prudent, as well as impartial, in offering advice. I typically try and find a
best fit, since everyone has their own unique circumstances.
Conventional wisdom would say stick with a local option if that local option was a vetted Sponsor (it's important to note that Sponsors are Doctors & Clinics known to innovate and/or specialize in
Male Enhancement; there are many Clinics out there that offer it
just because they can, but aren't necessarily anyone I'd trust working on my one and only penis).
So pros of going
Rejuvall (Atlanta's premier male clinic) are the logistics, which is important when discussing elective male procedures. Need follow-up appointments? It can be done same day if availability is there. Dr.
Carney has a stellar reputation and is both a
Urologist and Surgeon.
The pros of going to
Avanti Derma are also notable. They have the highest number of patient reviews, they use Linnea Safe which has a better understood history than
Bellafill (although
Bellafill is still
PMMA), and Dr.
Morales was trained by Dr.
Casavantes, whom I personally consider the godfather of male injectable
Phalloplasty.
Where it might break even is the value proposition. While
Avanti Derma is notably less expensive, if you factor multiple trips, flights, and lodging, you might find the overall savings to be marginal at best. In other words, both provide great options that you'll have to consider.

Very few have had one & done injectable fillers. You can certainly gain 0.75" in one appointment, but there is a degree of unpredictability with bio-stimulating fillers, your body's immune response, your skin's "taking" of the filler, and so on. Having a 7" long shaft certainly helps reduce the likelihood of these irregularities,
but I always remind guys that a follow-up round is almost always inevitable, especially to revise minor issues. If you aren't hyper-critical of aesthetics, you may be one of the few who can "one & done" the procedure, but don't count on it.
seekinggirth wrote: 3) How long really is healing. I am thinking second week of June and I feel like I could devote 3 weeks, and would take all my supplements and lots of collegen, but I would like to be back in the hot tub by July 4.
One to two weeks. Follow the post-op protocol, keep the area sterile, ensure all entry points are healed and all bruising/swelling dissipated. Some guys seem to recover in days, others need the full two weeks. Also, if you happen to smoke, discontinue it for the duration of your recovery, take whatever supplements that promote healing, and be sure to take any medications exactly as prescribed (e.g. antibiotics). I imagine with all of that you'll be hot tub ready.
seekinggirth wrote: 4) Is one day after at Avanti enough? I.e fly in say Thursday morning, procedure, check up later that day, and next morning, fly home?
Thanks for any input.
I mean technically you can, but I personally would recommend 2-3 days for peace of mind. This is why I alluded to the conventional wisdom of local options, in the (rare) event of complication (minor or major). No procedure is without risk, and sometimes it could be a poor massaging of your penis that leads to a large lump that needs immediate
Revision the following day.
This isn't to alarm you. Hypothetically (and I would NOT recommend this), you could technically get injections in the morning and be back at your work desk after lunch, that's how outpatient & smooth-sailing the process can be... BUT these are still elective medical procedures, and in order to achieve success they require the proper attention and care from all parties.
If you can't commit to more than a day in Mexico prior to Independence Day, do you think you'll be able to make an emergency trip back prior to July in the event of some unforeseen issue? At least with 2-3 days, any obvious irregularities will present themselves. If you can survive that window, odds are you'll be just fine. This is why
logistics are more important that costs! In other words, guys with tight time and/or logistical restrictions should strongly consider their local options (i.e.
Rejuvall in Atlanta) under these circumstances.
I'd reach out to both Clinics and explain to them your situation, it may enlighten you in the right direction.
