TOPIC: Providers in Michigan (near Detroit)

I am looking for providers near Detroit, Michigan who do exosomes. I want to try the "P-Long" protocol, but since exosomes are 100x more powerful than P-Shot / PRP, it seems better to do six monthly treatments of exosomes rather than p-shots.

The closest providers in the directory here are over 3 hours away in Ohio.

I am also interested in a provider for HA fillers. Any suggestions?

As for P-Long, they are signing up new Providers around the country, you can try and reach out to them to see if there are any local Clinics by clicking here. I must note that these providers are not Sponsors but they have been trained & vetted by Dr. Brandeis, who is a Sponsor.

The only Clinic I know of that may offer exosomes in addition to Hyaluronic Acid (HA) in Detroit would be a PhalloFILL affiliate known as Harb Urology. Just with like the P-Long Protocol, these affiliates are not Sponsors but they have been trained & vetted by the Dallas PhalloFILL location, who are Sponsors.

The importance of the Sponsor/non-Sponsor distinction is that I (the Owner & Administrator of this site) haven't personally screened non-Sponsors and thus can only vouch for active Sponsors. This doesn't disqualify a non-Sponsor, but it simply means you'll have to do additional research & consulting that may (or may not) be available on the forums.

I can’t speak about exosomes.

For HA, I recommend Front Door Med Spa in Rochester. Dr. Theresa LaBranche is fantastic. Very detailed.

I did 3 rounds over 7 weeks. Injected 20 syringes of HA. Went from 4-3/4” to 6-3/8” of Girth. My wife and I are both super happy.

So you got 20 units of HA? That's a lot! My girth is about same as your initial girth, but I'm about 4.5" BPEL. What is your erect length? Did it change at all, or did hang size change at all, after HA?

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay for the whole 20-unit treatment? PhalloFill quoted around $6k for 10 units.

Erect length is 6-1/4” BPEL. MedSpa measured me at 5.5” NBPEL.

The price you were quoted seems in line. My treatment would have been almost $12k. I agreed to allow them train someone while doing my procedure and use pics/vids for future training. They offered me half off treatment for agreeing to that. The trainee ended up being denied by my provider because of the trainee’s personality and money-grab interests. MedSpa still honored the discount however. So I offered to do a video testimonial (interview style) for their generosity. This was not asked for, and I simply offered as a thank you for honoring their discount.

Obviously, this was a unique situation. I would go in with the expectation of paying the full price of about $12k for the same amount.

Hang size changed significantly. I would say at least an inch, maybe a little more. Less retraction now too. There is a definite weight to penis now that feels really good.

Thanks for the information. I have been researching having this procedure done for over a year now. I am super scared about having something injected into my Dick, then having some negative side effect and ending up with a smaller Dick than what I started with. I was researching PhalloFILL but come across a negative review about Dr. Harb (as I live in MI). I will have to do more research on the spa you listed. Are you still glad you had this done? What year did you have it done?

You have good timing. I was just thinking about doing an update about this. Had my final round done about 6 months ago. Still really happy. All swelling has been gone. Ended up losing about a 1/4” of Girth mid shaft and 3/8” at base.

Like you, I was super hesitant and had been researching enhancement options off and on for years, and HA specifically for a couple years (sporadically). Super happy with MedSpa. I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough. They provide free consultations, so make an appt and check them out in person. They are zero pressure too. Please tell them I referred you though. I was so impressed with them and my result, that I did a video interview for them and authorized them to use my pics for promotion. Not sure if they’ve published any of my stuff yet though. Last I checked they were waiting on the video editing company to finalize the end product.

I’m already considering going back for more, but I’m thinking I might try traction first to gain some length. Interestingly, I bought a “large” traction device online and it was no where close to big enough to accommodate my new size. Couldn’t even fit in the device Flaccid. As unfortunate as that was, it was super thrilling at the same time.

I just read through Front Door MedSpa's (Dr LeBranche) website and realized the doctor that's been doing my more recent augmentations, Dr Leonardo, is a mentor of Dr LeBranche. I've been thrilled with his work so based on that, I'd vouche for and assume that Dr LeBranche would be a good choice as well.

Geographically, Jiva Med Spa and Youthology Med Spa (both in Ohio, an hour flight or 3-4 hour drive) are ones vouched by the PhalloBoards for quality & efficacious results. Don't cut corners on your one & only penis.

That isn't to say there aren't other competent clinics out there, but if they aren't pioneering/advancing the area of male enhancement, they're simply another cosmetic clinic that offers penis enlargement because they can, due to having access to the same fillers off-label.

I use the Tattoo analogy. Sure there are parlors all over town, but I don't know about you all, I'm likely going to see the City's best artist over the young guy who just started his little parlor next to a skateboard shop. Now don't get me wrong, this young artist who just started up his business may go on to be a great in the tattoo industry, but I'd much test my fate with the true & tested.

If you do end up going with Clinics not mentioned here, do share your experiences though. Also, make sure they aren't offering or promoting silicone oil or any "proprietary filler" (when they refuse to divulge filler brand or type).

At the same time though, there could be other great providers that are simply hard to find online and who have never ever heard of PhalloBoards, let alone contact you to get validated & promoted here. The providers listed on this board appear to be concentrated around wealthy cities.

It is confusing that not single Michigan provider is listed here. I would imagine this might have more to do with providers not knowing about PhalloBoards and PhaloBoards not knowing about them, than with provider quality and modern approaches.

I agree. And can attest to that with Med Spa. I informed them about PhalloBoards. They had no idea anything like this site even existed.

I'm sure many are great providers, but the vast majority of Clinics Sponsored here came to me, I did not go to them, meaning they made it a matter to gain representation on the only site dedicated to the topic. Not all made the cut either. So while yes, there are very likely good Clinics and Practitioners out there, none will have the additional advantage & incentive of expanding & refining their male aesthetic services like the ones that are already found here. They also may not be privy to the trends, techniques, and advancements (much less volume of patients) to provide the best possible results. I'm sure there are outliers, but both short & long-term history confirms my assertions.

Again, not suggesting you not give a Michigan Clinic a consultation, all I'm saying is that if I started from scratch today, I'd go with my original Tattoo Analogy in my previous reply.

Also, I will say this despite having no direct proof, but injectable Phalloplasty became popular on the PhalloBoards a decade ago and is a THING now because of the PhalloBoards (even if indirectly). American practitioners started using it, and inevitability it caught on; so those who do penile injections today who have not heard of PhalloBoards definitely heard/learned of it through a Clinic who very much is/was privy to the PhalloBoards. Many Doctors (I'm talking non-Sponsors and Sponsors alike) have told me they've followed my site for years (regardless of whether they chose Sponsorship or not), and many of these same Doctors are the most influential in the area of penis enlargement. I thought a little history would put all this into context as well.

You have to keep in mind that this procedure is still far from mainstream and it has only recently reached levels of acceptable risk thresholds for patients. The reality is that male phalloplasty has had a poor history & track record, especially in the 90's and 2000's, having left much of the rest of the Medical Community looking down on this area of cosmetic medicine as nothing more than experimental butchery. Ask your Primary Care/Family physician and you'll find the vast majority of the will likely have little to no idea about what you did with your penis..

In other words, this area of aesthetic male enhancement is still technically experimental, with no standardization (in other words, there is no Medical Residency, Textbook, Formal Guideline/Handbook, or Accreditation Program, and much of the advancements made are being performed by pioneers around the world, many of whom are discussed and/or represented here).
