About me: Implanted with a Titan Coloplast 3 piece implant due to peyronie's from almost 10 years ago. Recent Revision. About 7"nbel x 6+"base. Looking to get filler to round out implant, add .5 to Girth and be done. I am young.
Can some of you veterans confirm that the options that I am looking at make sense and are some of the best options for US person? My base case is to just get Bellafill, spend ~$5k, and move on with my life.
I'm 100% open to recommendations of clinics, ideas on each filler, things I may be incorrect about regarding the above, and general experiences. As recap about me, I want ~.5 Inch of added Girth, I have $$ to blow but would much prefer to allocate my $$ elsewhere in the long term, want only the best clinics/docs, have an IPP due to peyronies, about 7'x6' nbel. Purpose of added Girth would be to round out IPP shape, which tend to make guys more oval in shape. I am not interested in becoming a Girth monster (no offense to those that do, I understand why that appeals to yall).
I am particularly interested in SO's advice and some of the other veterans.
Also, I'm very active on FrankTalk. A lot of the guys there reach out to me daily for advice regarding IPPs and how life changes after getting one. Fillers seem to be a growing topic there, and I would love to be able to relay info to them and refer them here.

I'll start by saying you have a pretty solid & comprehensive understanding of the various filler options. You seem to understand the pros & cons and to be quite frank, there is little I can add by way of clarification or insight. That's a good thing. Informed decision makers are the ones most likely to achieve success.
Typically when I try and point someone in the right direction, I have to be mindful (and impartial) given that the three Clinics mentioned (Youthology, Rejuvall, and Avanti Derma) are all Sponsors. Usually what I try and do is find the best fit given the circumstances. What stands out to me is the Titan Coloplast 3-piece. It may be a non-issue, but I'd wager if there were any obstacles throughout this process, it will likely involve that device and/or your condition. Admittedly, I am not well versed on the compatibility of Peryonie's patients and elective male Phalloplasty, and this hunch is speculative on my part. That means you'll require a thorough consultation with each Clinic before you can even make an appointment.
This is why I am leaning toward Rejuvall. Unlike the other two Clinics, Rejuvall is a subsidiary of a Urology Practice that's actually more Peyronie's-focused than they are Penis Enlargement, which would lead me to believe they are best suited to deal with a patient like you. That doesn't necessarily mean the other two Clinics aren't qualified (and I know they've dealt with these kinds of patients before), but if I were in your shoes, I'd prefer seeing Dr. Carney & Dr. Morganstern, surgeons who've spent decades innovating Peyronie's technology & treatment well before they entered the arena of cosmetic penis enlargement (in which they happen to be very good at too). My understanding is that they offer pretty much all the fillers you cited (with the exception of Ellanse): Fat, PMMA (Bellafill), and HA. Although I haven't really heard any recent HA with them (they largely focus on Fat Transfer and PMMA), so you'll likely have to request it if that's the route you choose.

I really do appreciate your approach to the response. Many situations need to be approached with tentativeness and cannot just be given a yes or no. I will listen to your advice and consult each, but will be leaning towards Rejuvall (my initial inclination).
And thanks for letting me know I'm going in the right direction in general.
