Hello All - just wanted to start by saying thank you so much to everyone for documenting your journey. Incredible valuable for people starting down this path given lack of clear, aggregated data elsewhere.

I know most of you are going for what seems like minimum or 0.75”- 1.0” gains, but does anyone have experience with only wanting modest increases? I only want (right now) 0.3”-0.5” gained in the middle of my shaft. This seems to be easily achievable by most methods people do.

I was previously skeptical of HA because of the reports of “squishy-ness”, but wondering if that might not be the case for lower amounts corresponding to my goals. I would prefer a permanent option, but I think I may be in a smaller cohort of people who HA might actually be preferable for given it allows me to do the safest treatment and still have a good outcome. Does that logic check out? I’m heavily considering Dr Tsay as he is very close to me. Haven’t seen too many reports from patient of his here. Grateful if anyone has heard anything.

Thanks upfront guys.

A lot of guys have been reporting good results with Hyaluronic Acid (HA) as of late. Sure, there are always going to be less-than-ideal results with a large sample size, the same can be said for PMMA and other methodologies. Ultimately, if you are seeking modest gains, HA is going to be a relatively safe option.

Also, if you plan on considering Dr. Tsay, you may also want to ask him about Renuva. It's basically an adipose filler and it may also prove effective in lower-to-modest volumes, you'll want to ask him. He offers both HA and Renuva.
