I would wear it several times a day for at least 15 minutes. The most important thing though is to keep your penis from retracting. You don't really need to "hang" to do this, just keep it from retracting whether that's with a weight or strap device. It would still help 7 days out in my opinion but how much we don't really know.
@Hyperbol
is correct, as referenced in my "aftercare" thread stickied to the top: Retraction is a very negative thing after a filler procedure and you should attempt to avoid it as much as possible.
Not to contradict Hyperbol, but the only reason that device is comfortable is because it is lightweight. Which is fine as long as it is heavy enough to prevent your own retraction. If however you attempt to use string or rubber based noose, with heavier weights, as an ADS, then they will cut into your more and dig in more and cause more pain - which will lead you to a cloth based one ; which is where and why recommendation is what it is. For post op therapy the device they give you should work. if it does not, you will need to add weight.
I personally would wear, whatever device you choose, as much as possible for the first 3 - 5 days as the product sets up. then you can move to whatever ads you want . My Aftercare thread has a shit load info on all this.
