I just had procedure done, and got Phimosis due to tight skin and swelling, which Dr. assured will go away. With morning wood I can see that I've lost length, But that could probably be attributed to the tight skin? Just wondering if anyone has experience with this. My theory is that the thickened skin at the base of the penis may inhibit some of your original length, but the good news is that some stretching and some lotion will have it back in no time (so yes, it is temporary, and you haven't lost any actual anatomical size, just a side effect of thickening your shaft skin). Some men even report gaining length (in the Flaccid) because the filler helps keep the penis from retracting as much. Skeptical I think you know my story. I m one of the members who did pmma with low and loose cut. Optical always great. But I was unhappy with the feeling of the filler/shaft. Reason: Filler had too much space to move around with skin! Now 01/2023 I got a very tight low cut. I M HAPPY NOW. The filler stays more in place what result in a more harder feeling!! Contra: I got a bit length loss cause of the tight cut (0.2 inch) I heard this is a common issue in general with too tight circumcisions! You may however need to find some way to safely apply traction (i.e. stretching), although I would get Doctor's clearance first.
