There is a video online where Dr.C stated that some men actually gain Erect length with filler procedures.
He states he dosent advertise it because it’s very variable and unpredictable. Does anyone have any first hand stories of this.

I've never seen Dr C say this and would be extremely surprised if he did because it's not true. I have seen Loria say this in one of the videos on his site, which is probably what you're thinking of, and is yet another reason not to get a procedure from him.

I don't believe I've ever heard/seen/read Dr. C making this claim regarding Erect length. If you could find the video, I'd much appreciate it because if it exists, it was misspoken or miscommunicated, because I know he knows that Erect gains are not how fillers work. What he may have said or suggested was that Flaccid length can improve because the filler helps mitigate some retraction for some patients, thus improving Flaccid hang and the appearance of more length.

I believe I know the video he’s referring to. It’s the one where a patient who claimed to gain length sent him molds of his penis before and after, right? I believe Dr. C was just sharing this patient’s interpretation of his experience rather than making a claim that this procedure adds Erect length.

It does add the appearance of Flaccid length though … but that’s just because it can’t retract as much. But this is another benefit of the procedure.
