TOPIC: Accordion Effect & PMMA

I am trying to understand the risks of the Accordion effect for uncircumcised people who want PMMA.
Does PMMA move with the skin on the penis? Meaning if you have extra skin from being uncircumcised when your skin moves up and down the shaft of the penis the PMMA will move with it aswell?
