Hi there I was just curious if anyone could help me understand something about the PMMA procedure. From what I have understood the filler is injected in your Flaccid state in up to 20cc 10 or 30 %. In some cases let's say the patients size that maybe 4 inches Flaccid and 7 inches Erect lets say for an example.

1) How does the rest of the PMMA injection cc's get to the other 3 inches remaining inside the body ?

2) Do you have a time duration when you must to get an Erection to place it there your self ?

3) And what happens when you lose that Erection or when you sleep ? Does it risk getting bunched up if it still in a malleable state ? (Is that what the stretcher is for as a prevention?)

4) Finally is that why its harder to work with 30% PMMA than with 10% leading to more chance to inconsistencies if the patient doesn't follow after care instruction correctly ?

I know many questions, would be very grateful if anyone could explain this a bit. The after care seems to be a big deal.

It doesn't. But erections don't work by making the inside penis go outward. The outward stretches mostly, and PMMA stretches with it? I guess it's most clear if you just look at pics of penisses with PMMA in Erect and limp state, here on the forum..

In the 3 days after PMMA injection you probably have some erections and mostly be limp. Perhaps read some journal of some people here who did the procedure

Ok I will take your advice, I have Dr C's book on the way in the mail too. But I will research more on my own definitely. Thank you. After you explained part one to be I realized how naive I am about the penis anatomy...or to be lenient to my self confused. Yes After I have received the book I will most definitely subscribe to the site to see all the pictures and journals/journeys properly
