Hello all,

Recent took the plunge to get some work done on the Johnson.
Starting length was roughly 7.2in with 4.5 Girth shaft wise. I’m uncut
Decided to take a trip and visit Dr. R and get 10% or 10 shots to start off with my journey.

Dr. R did a great job in making me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable on what he was doing so this is by no means a post to trash his work.

I had the procedure done in mid October of 2022
The right side of my shaft felt and looked wonderful. Smooth, even and very well placed. My left side developed a hematoma and swelling with a few soft nodules present at injection sites. The agent seemed to clump and felt like it was detached or suspended away from my shaft unlike the right side.

I followed the after care procedures and still felt apprehensive after about 6 weeks out due to the filler still appearing as if it was bunched up or unevenly sitting.

In early December I had another round done if just 5 shots to try and even some of it out but yet again the left side just felt as if it bunched up some more. When I pull my Foreskin back it is extremely noticeable.

Just wanted some second opinions on if I should be concerned or actually consider getting it corrected/dissolved. Honestly any advice or sense of mind would be nice. I’ve been pretty stressed.

Forgot to mention, my shaft is also beginning to curve and pull more to the left side when Erect. There’s no pain, but it’s noticeable and significantly not straight anymore when pressure is applied to the base.
Thanks

Bellafill (PMMA) cannot be dissolved, this is only true for Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Fortunately all fillers can be filled and molded, and it's not uncommon to seek out multiple appointments to get a final result. PMMA in particular is a filler that relies on neocollagenesis for Girth, and this process isn't 100% predictable which leads to imperfections after your first and second rounds. I had 5+ appointments (can't remember exact number) to get to my final happy place and I doubt you'll need nearly as many.

You mention retracting the Foreskin, mind if I ask if you're uncut? I can't tell from these Erect photos as you may very well have the skin retracted. If so, this will actually dictate your plan of action moving forward.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the response

The photos presented are with forskin retracted. I appreciate the detailed response to my post

Understanding that multiple visits may be necessary, but most of my concern resides in the fact that the filler on the left side felt almost as if separated or mobile. I can physically grab the small mass of what I assume is the carrier agent.

With that said, I’ll stand corrected as by dissolve I meant getting Kenalog shots to break them down some.

Given bellafills properties I was worried once the carrier agent is reabsorbed that the PMMA would just sit mobile detached from where I assumed the fascia would be.

Do these photos seem concerning or should I be at ease and wait it out? I’m only going off the advice I was given by my doctor to be carful going over the 20% threshold since I’m uncircumcised.
The photos with the visible large clump near my gland is with my skin retracted. We are all of my photos posted.

Anyway, thank you again for all your time gents.

This may be a case of the accordion effect. Uncircumcised men who undergo dermal fillers have a higher frequency of aesthetic irregularity regardless of what the injector does or how experienced (or skilled) they are. You may* be experiencing this but I don't know for sure.

The accordion effect is an inherent obstacle in uncut men, which is why some guys opt to get Circumcised before a procedure. This doesn't mean all uncircumcised men are condemned to this issue, but it remains a risk nonetheless.

Fortunately it isn't a complication that impacts the health, function, or overall size of your penis, and can be corrected through future follow-ups. Kenalog is an aggressive treatment and I'd be curious to see if other measures can't be taken first.

I'll see if I can find any additional info as this topic/situation has come up before.

Thank you so much for the replies. Apologies for the delay in my response, I travel a lot for work.

I appreciate all the insight and assistance with what to possibly do going forward.
With all of this in mind, I’ve noticed when I’m Erect and place pressure down at the base on both sides of my shaft my penis now pulls to the left, and I feel I’ve lost some length

It’s almost as if the filler/agent has settled in this strange bunched up position and is pulling my head/shaft down wards towards the left.

I’ve begun using my rod traction device in hopes it’ll correct it in the next coming weeks. I’m honestly worried and hoping that it’s just the carrier agent that needs to be reabsorbed and will soften up with time.

I’d hate to deal with permanent curvature due to this filler setting in this weird position.

I’ll include some photos of the device being used, and the injection point nodules (soft and squishy) on the shaft.

I will add, on my second treatment I wrapped while Erect to aid in even pressure around my shaft. Did this on and off for two days while swelling was going down.

Thanks again guys.

Good morning all

Sorry for the delayed update. Work and the new year has been crazy.

So I have some information to provide and will be seeing if anyone has any advice going forward.

After carful inspection it’s been noted that my last round of PMMA on the left side of my shaft appears as if it was injected too superficially.
This was discovered by using my finger and sliding my finger within my Foreskin while it’s not retracted, and sliding it behind the PMMA injected.

Lots of ridges and bumps can be felt and some of the PMMA feels as if to have gone through the previous injection sites from entry of the needles.

I had gone to another injector of HA products, based out of Tennessee who’s claimed to have worked with Doctor M and Doctor C in Tijuana Mexico and gone to conferences with them.

My next concern is what to do now that feeling the PMMA is too superficial and basically sitting in the skin between my shaft and Foreskin. I’m fearing excision but I honestly don’t see what I’m going to do with PMMA just sitting inside my skin.

I can provide more photos if needed but I figure the description of actually feeling it inbetween my skin from under the Foreskin is a pretty good indicator.

Thanks again all

Just wanted to follow with you and see if with time this has improved? I had a similar issue my first round and it almost resolved itself. I did get one Kenalog injection. This second round I had the same thing start happening sometime after the second week but now I'm going on a month and it seems like the nodules are turning around and getting softer and smaller. Please let us know how it all turned out.

why do you feel the Kenalog injection is something that should be last resort do you have any knowledge or experience with this?
