It seems she provides Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections which is a popular option here. However, if I were in Texas and looking for HA, why not consider
I'm sure Dr. Walden is a very skilled practitioner, but to be honest there are clinics popping up left & right offering male enhancement injections because they can. However, the penis can be its own challenge to both effectively and artfully craft a successful result. I get tons of messages (both in PMs and emails) that don't make it to the forums, most poor results I see are from practitioners who aren't top names in the field, but simply provide the services because they can use these fillers off-label.
I suppose if you don't want to travel outside of Austin, give her a shot. I'd love to hear if she's any good. I may have heard of her once or twice, like I said before, she's probably good at what she does cosmetically, but can't vouch for her penis work.
Otherwise if I were in your shoes I'd strongly consider a trip to Dallas if you are planning to spend thousands anyways. Actually, if you have some time to yourself try and catch PhalloFILL's LIVE YouTube Event, Monday the 21st at 8pm CST -- they will be discussing the same fillers used by Dr. Walden among other topics.
I was contemplating going to nyc for Shafer but came across Walden because she is closer and they trained at same place. I may be wrong but I thought phallofil only used plain HA and doesn’t use the longer lasting stuff like voluma?

Oh I didn't know they trained at the same place - I can certainly vouch for Dr. Shafer, he's a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon operating out of 5th Street, NYC; if traveling wasn't already an issue then stick with your original plan. I recommended PhalloFILL as a local alternative if flying/logistics were an issue. They are great as well, but I'm usually inclined to say go with your gut/1st decision if it's already a good one.
Her site says you can have sex 48 hours after the procedure. Is that possible? All the other sites/doctors I've seen that offer a similar procedure say you can't have sex for 1-2 weeks. Not sure if that is a red flag to be concerned with or not.

I'm surprised to see that. Your entry points may not even heal completely in that kind of time, and you don't want to introduce any pathogens by way of sexual activity. I typically had to wait 3 or 4 days before my penis felt 50% normal, I can't imagine testing my luck at 48 hours. I always recommend a week minimum based on the advice of the vast majority of experts in male Phalloplasty.
She isn't a Sponsor so I'm not going to bother and reach out for her to comment, but if anyone gets an answer please do share.
I was actually looking on Shafer's site and he markets a similar claim ("Sexual activity can resume 48 hours after treatment in most cases.").
@Donkey4303 mentioned that they trained at the same place so I guess they're implementing the same method, but from what I can tell (via their websites), that "method" doesn't seem to be all that different from other places like Phallofill, Upsize, etc, which require the longer waiting period. Not sure what Walden and Shafer are doing differently to decrease that wait time, unless the other clinics are just being especially cautious...
Havent found anymore on her. She has one before and after pic and a video. Kind of frustrating when docs only have one pic on website to show results . she is much cheaper than Shafer and closer for me so I’m still debating
I saw the YouTube video. Her cannula entry points were at base of the penis, so maybe that's why she mentions possibility of sex after 48 hours. I still think that is too soon though with all the trauma the penis gets.
