My measurements are 7.5”BPEL x 5.75”EG, my Foreskin doesn’t hang low most of the time. My goal was to add 1.5 to 2” on Girth on penis and in glans. Aesthetically should I have my penis Circumcised before the filler or would work regardless because of the length of it?
Thank you
Welcome to the forum.
A few things:
Try doing a search with terms like
Circumcised, uncircumcised, cut, and uncut. This has been a common topic of discussion, mostly because there is reason to believe uncircumcised men are more prone to aesthetic irregularities, especially one which is called the "accordion effect." However, that isn't to say uncircumcised men can't get good results, and they usually do, the reality is that they have an increased likelihood of said-irregularities.
This is why a skilled & experienced practitioner is paramount for uncut men, in my professional opinion. Dr.
Morales (
Avanti Derma), Dr.
Carney (
Rejuvall), and Dr.
Rupeka (
Youthology Medspa) come to mind as tried-&-true options.
This may be a controversial take (and I'm in no way an advocate for
Circumcision one way or another), but if I were going into this uncut for the first time, I'd seriously consider
Circumcision to improve my overall odds.
Also, glans enhancement is still rather experimental, and to be frank, gains are not significant. There are Clinics trying to advance this area but no major developments have been made on this front (as of now). Typically
Hyaluronic Acid (
HA) is used for the glans if you end up getting work done.
As you may or may not know, you are very large to begin with, adult-star size really. I'm not judging you or your motives, but I'm a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" kind of guy - that said, if you feel compelled to get work done regardless, I'd stay closer to 1.5" instead of 2", this way you can retain a natural aesthetic and still achieve an "unholy"
Girth.
While
PMMA has its many benefits, at your size I'd also throw
HA into the mix. With your size, permanence may not be a necessity and
HA provides you a boost in
Girth for a couple years, allowing you to assess how BIG you really want to go. You'd be surprised how much an increase of even 0.5" feels like.
