TOPIC: Can circumcision be tightened?

From what I’ve read, it seems a tight Circumcision is best. My Foreskin is quite loose and while I like my Cock being thicker, I think the loose Circumcision leads to the “hotdog” look when Flaccid . I have to pull the head down for it to look normal, because the Foreskin hangs down over the glands. It’s also a bit irritating.

I’m curious if this is something that be easily corrected through a minor surgery. Do we know of any members who have had their Circumcision “tightened”? I’d consider doing this before switching from juvederm to a more permanent option.

Also I plan to do an update on my journey soon. Thanks for any feedback

That's a good question - I've always been under the impression that once you get your "cut" - you're pretty much stuck with it. However, reconstructive surgery exists for a reason and so I suppose it's possible some methodology exists? I'm awaiting some Q&A submissions, one in particular which I asked Dr. Solomon if he performs adult circumcisions; when he responds, I'll follow-up with this "tightening" question if that helps.

Yes, there are tightening procedures. They're called revisions. I went down this rabbit hole when researching my Circumcision. There are several subs on Reddit that talk about this. Not a lot of urologists perform them. I wouldn't count going to your local Urologist to get this done. Most likely they've never done it before. But there are several doctors who are known for this.

But here's the thing:

- It's not easy for a surgeon to get the perfect tightness
- it's an invasive surgery
- they could make it too tight
- chances are it will increase scrotal webbing (I think)
- PCL needs room to grow collagen
- the least amount of gains on my shaft are the areas where it's tightest

I've thought about getting a Revision. But it's just a lot of trauma for I don't know what end. Women really like my Dick and I don't know how much more if any better it will be if I get a Revision.

Don't let me discourage you. I believe There are a lot of success stories with tightness revisions. I get the hot dog look too when completely Flaccid and retracting. Its ridiculous because my shaft is considerably bigger than my glans. But think about it. If they cut you to prevent that, they really have to nail it or else your erections won't fully extend or will be uncomfortable. You need additionally skin depending on how much you are a Grower.

It seems like I'm loose but when I'm truly, fully hard, it honestly doesn't seem like any more should be cut. There's a limit to how much dorsal skin can be cut. My skin on the bottom gets completely tight while its more loose on top. Well it would be kind of hard to cut off and tighten just the skin on top. So some of it comes down to genetics and the makeup of your penis.

It makes sense, I figured there was probably procedures for it - but as I feared, sounds invasive. @Hyperbol raises a good point - how much of a difference is it really going to make and are the risks associated with undergoing said-revision worth that difference?

What I know is that Circumcision Revision is no problem. Even when you have PMMA. Example: A loose low cut can be changed to a tight low

So its really a wrong information to let this topic like this.

We have to differentiate. For sure it goes more into a reconstruction surgery when you really try to do a high & tight cut into a loose & low. This is clear.

But from my own personal experience and consultations with doctors (I wanted to do my loose&low cut tighter) I can tell you that this is no problem. For doctors there is even a slogan: Do not take to much skin. Because this skin is lost. If it would be to less skin which we cut, we could take more in another operation (if). So there is no problem! In children they even have to do it, in case the Foreskin is still to narrow.
(Only problem is a bit this all cut support a bit penile webbing, especially when you have already a problem in this area. BUT even for this problem is a solution: When you make a „cosmetic Circumcision“ the Doc. cut the skin from the base and then pull your skin down.)

No problem. Dr. Casavantes even says on a video that in a PMMA session he gave to himself - he was uncut. And after the PMMA session he did a cut with Dr. Alter, Beverly Hills.

I think there are a couple surgeons on here that do procedures like this. I am not sure if they are all sponsors or have just been mentioned. @Skeptical_One would know.

Anyway, I am huge Dr Carney fan, I just went and saw him to get my webbing done and I was asking about all the complicated stuff he does and making chit chat during my time. Circumcision are certainly up his ally. If you are considering it I would sure as hell reach out for a consult. And then also see about some of the other docs mentioned on here that that are Legit Plastic Surgeons. Thats why i have chosen Carney, Board Certified in plastics and urology.

(I got scrotal plasty done with the hope it would also tight up my shaft skin a bit, but it did not help that much.)

Now I want to do a normal (distal) tighter Circumcision.

Would be interesting if he agrees with the fact that going from loose/low to tighter/low is nearly the same like uncut to cut.

Unfortunately, it seems my very recent preputioplasty did not work out as intended, and I will probably be looking at some form of Circumcision. Any advice?
