@Hyperbol and @Truckerguy - it appears there are some (1) disagreements, (2) miscommunication, and (3) contentiousness.

So as to not steer this thread off topic, I politely ask both Members to please end the back-and-forth. This is not an infraction on any of the members in this thread, I just don't see it going anywhere other than off into argumentative tangents.

I also believe this thread has run its course. It was an analysis & interpretation of Dr. Rupeka's claims regarding Bellafill, and not much more can be added that hasn't already been said without Dr. Rupeka's direct response. I will be locking this thread and will reopen it when Dr. Rupeka provides me with a thorough clarification on the assertions made in this thread. He's been rather busy so I hope this is provided sooner than later.

Hope you have my understanding :)

I think some of the key take aways here are:
Some people simply do not want to go to Mexico. Period.
Some people want to stay as close to their home as possible; whether that's Maine or Ohio. Where as some will fly across the US or the World ( EG: Aus or UK )
Some do not care about the money or cost at all: They want what they want! Perhaps that means that they will spend extra on something that is available in the US or UK that is FDA approved. Perhaps that gives them the ultimate piece of mind.
OR it could be the protections and legalities of simply using a doctor within the same country.
Others will want the cheapest way possible to achieve their goals. And there is nothing wrong with that either. * this could mean going to Mexico or it could mean going to the doctor in the next big city near by where by there are no travel expenses.

Point: Everyone will need to figure out what it is that they want and desire on their own and at their own pace; and then they must figure out what their comfort levels are for achieving those goals. Then after all this: can they afford their goals? We will never know, unless the person expressly and in detail describes how and why they made their choices in their respective journal / thread and what their goals are were those goals altered due any reason.
