I'm not sure I get your question: PRP can help in aiding recovery after a procedure (this is well-established), and in theory, potentially aid gains (this is not substantiated but that doesn't mean it isn't true for some men). PRP in it of itself is not going to provide you any tangible or long-term gains, it's the
FFT (fat transfer) that provides you the
Girth.
My sentiment has always been along the lines of "PRP can't hurt, and may very well improve your recovery time - just don't go into it convinced it will bump you up an extra
Inch."
