Hello, everyone. This is my first post, so please forgive me if I've missed something and these questions have already been answered somewhere!

I've been doing manual PE for several years, but I only gained a small amount (about 0.5" in EL and 0.15" EG) early on in my journey. I'm now just over 6" BPEL and 4.25" MSEG. After finding this forum last year and doing constant research since then, I'm feeling ready to get serious about moving forward with some kind of girth enhancement procedure (not really concerned about length at all). I have an ultimate goal of gaining an inch in EG and stopping there--ultimately, at my length, I feel that any more than that would throw off the proportions, not to mention the increase in likelihood of irregularities. I've been in contact with representatives from both Avanti and Rejuvall clinics and will likely go with one of these two. I'm undecided, however, because I don't feel as though I have all the information I need yet, specifically regarding what to expect long-term. My instinct is leading me in the direction of FFT mostly because it's autologous and in some way just seems safer than purposefully triggering a foreign-body reaction to a synthetic material that would require an invasive and costly removal surgery if anything went wrong. But the guaranteed permanence--and the lower cost--certainly are appealing. I understand that many men have experienced significant reabsorption with FFT, but Rejuvall claims that they have a unique method that greatly minimizes reabsorption and maximizes vascularization of the implant. I've tried searching the forum but there doesn't seem to be very many people who have actually had this procedure and can speak to how their gains have changed over time. If anyone could point me in the direction of any such reports, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Whichever route I take, I do plan to log my experience in the progress report section, as I've seen tremendous benefit from reading the reports of others here and would like to pay it forward and contribute to a greater understanding of the available options.

Here are some of the papers I've been reading through, if anyone cares to dive into the literature a bit:

Thanks for the great first post!

Also thanks for those links, one of my next projects is to create a separate page that provides a library of links to virtually every relevant article or publication on this topic matter (surgical and non-surgical penis enlargement). Many of these links are scattered throughout my forums and I feel like a bonehead for not having bookmarked them in the past.
