Just curious I’m a week out and I know for the swelling to go down it’s going to take a while, the doctor I went to overfills you with the anticipation of reabsorbtion. I’ve been massaging daily, I also had a lig cut so I’m stretching daily too.

But how long did it take for the swelling for others? My real big concern is in Circumcised and the area below the glans looks like it’s holding a bunch of fluid like edema type, and right now my proportions are way off, my glans look very small compared to the rest.

The "overfilling with anticipation of reabsorption" I feel like is an archaic method. I'm of the camp that believes incremental grafting works better - as in, staging layers over multiple appointments in order to ensure vascularization, and thus the longevity of the fat before requiring future top-offs.

The issue with overfilling is that you're almost certainly going to get some fat that doesn't get adequately vascularized, and your shaft will have areas of fat that absorb faster than others, leading to potential lumps.

I hope you don't have this issue, but I would advise against this style of FFT in the future, or at the very least, ask your performing physician to inject less next time around.
