TOPIC: How common is gap behind glans

How common is gap behind glans 2 years 9 months ago #1308706800

Hi everyone.

Thinking about PMMA. The general opinion on this forum seems to be Avanti Derma is the way to go. My priority is aesthetics. A gain of 0.3-0.4 would be absolutely fine with me, as long as it looks natural.

My biggest concern is getting a big gap below the glans where no filler is being placed. I’ve seen dozens of photos here, and some have a very bad gap, while others I can barely see it (in photos at least).

How many of you guys, especially the ones that went conservative, ended up with noticeable gap there? Those that don’t have a bad gap, what product and concentration, and what doctor?

Hey Girthyplease, i know you reached out in pms but i'll relay the information further here as-well for others to source. I will eventually get around to uploading my continued Girth enhancement journey threads to where i am today.

But in regards to Avanti Derma, they are a clean facility and nice professional staff but they have their procedures and way of doing things. The 'gap' you speak of , I specifically asked Dr.Casavantes in his office about adding more near the glans and he said that area worried him in general and they avoided doing it because it could cause cause damage etc..

So... happened to me and resulted in me looking at other options afterwards, that are in the united states, to FIX this discrepancy. Which i was able to fix at Elysian, in Austin ,TX. His procedure is great and has no such 'gaps'.

Now it is a gradual contour from 7.25~7.5 Inch base Erect girth to 6.75 mid-shaft Erect Girth to 6.25 neck Erect Girth

Those are great looking results Magic! How long ago did you have it done?

Can I ask what led you to Elysian? I called the office to inquire about the product/procedure. I spoke to someone named Jesse who told me they can’t tell me what’s in the product because it is a proprietary silicone based blend from Loria Pharmaceuticals, and Dr. Dellinger was trained by Loria. They said I would gain an average of 0.75 to 1” in one treatment.

Again, your results look great Magic, I’m just a little concerned due to all the bad posts here about Loria and his product, so I’m probably going to cross Elysian off my list for now. Please keep us updated on any changes you notice, Magic!

Don’t put silicone in your body.

The problem I've had with this "Loria proprietary filler" nonsense that's been peddled for years is how absurd that excuse really is. There is NO REASON your performing physician can't disclose the ingredients, fillers, and materials being put inside of you. Not only is it your right to know as a patient, but this kind of info could come in handy should you (heaven-forbid) deal with a complication down the road.

No offense to Dr. Dellinger or Elysian, but he ought to toss this Loria garbage out and go to something with a considerably better safety profile for the penis (like Hyaluronic Acid, Radiesse, Bellafill, or even FFT). I have a feeling he may not be privy to the quackery that is Loria-anything.

To all the readers here who may be unfamiliar, the issue with silicone oil is that it can be (a) very prone to migration; (b) when complications arise, they can be much more severe than other fillers; and (c) because results can look so good post-op, it makes it all the more deceptive to those who are not "in the know."

It should be said that the vast majority of practitioners leading in the field of Male Enhancement either don't use silicone fillers or prefer not using silicone fillers in the penis, and that too should be worth noting. I have only ONE Sponsor who happens to use silicone in other areas of the body (which I can't speak for), and does offer it if asked, but is NOT permitted to advertise it here (a compromise made because he has so much expertise in other male procedures, including lengthening and testicular). Think about this: if all of these phallo-doctors have off-label access to silicone oil, why don't they also use it? The answer is quite simple: no one wants to deal with the issues associated with a poor silicone result.

That said, I don't want to alarm you Magic_Wand, if you were administered Silikon1000 via microdroplet technique, it probably isn't so bad. I can't see why they would do it any other way if all you wanted corrected was the gap.
