Well no Doctor should attempt pushing the limits so close as to remotely consider this possibility - often times your skin will adapt as you layer filler over multiple appointments over multiple months or years.

To try pushing the elasticity in one go? Well not sure what all the risks are, but one thing would be for certain: very noticeable aesthetic irregularity... or in other words - a penis that doesn't look very natural.
