 I had Penuma implant removed 2years ago. After a year scar tissue started forming more aggressively. Then penis started curving upward. I had 4 cycles of Xiaflex that were miserable And scar tissue got worse it seemed. I found Morgensteins / Carney office who does a procedure w ExoSurge. It’s proprietary to their office. No surgery and able to get rid of scar tissue. They start w an ultrasound and not much info on what ExoSurge is. They claim to have treated 1 k patients and helped them all. Sounds too good like Penuma. Some use vermapil and some combination of gases to break up scars. All done without surgery. Local urologists say he’s a quack (Atlanta) but I’m trying to find real info. Has anyone been thru this long process? (9 months) Or know anything about it? Hesitant to get excited after such a long road. Have ED and 30 degree curve. Plaque is hard as a rock on top
