Hello all!

First off, if this is the wrong spot to post this, I apologize. DM me and I will take it down as soon as I log back in or mods can remove it (but please don’t ban me haha), Now onto my story. I’m a 23yr old man looking to gain some Girth. My current size is about 5in length and 4.25in Girth. I was looking to increase my Girth to about 5in minimum and 5.5in maximum. First I want to ask if this goal range is possible? Second question is what solution/injections would be the best way to achieve this goal range? I would ideally like to reach my max goal of 5.5in Girth but I’ll settle for 5in Girth tbh.

Honestly I don’t feel like I need it due to the fact that I give pretty good head so no one I fucked has complained. Maybe they were just being nice, who cares. All I know is that I like my women built thick so I wanna real dig in there. I’ve worn penis sleeves and it kinda seems like it turned me on more than my partners lmfao! So since I’m avoiding Dr. Elise and other implants! I wanted to look into nonsurgical/injected filler methods to increase Girth. I’m going to be pondering for a few months while I do some stretching PE to increase length. Please let me know any advice whether it’s recommendations or telling me no to do this. I have been reading some of the risks but please let me know any more you know in case I missed anything.

Thank y’all.

Hi, welcome to PB,
You are in the right place to move your first steps into the world of penis enhancement.
I cannot tell you which method is best, it’s a personal choice.
My advice is to read as much as you can here on the forum, about different procedures, in order to evaluate what could be the best route for you.
It depends on many factors and only you know what will best suit for your needs.
1 Inch Girth goal is certainly achievable, regardless the filler you’ll choose, if permanent, semi permanent or temporary.
The only thing II can suggest you is to choose the right doc, among those who are supporting this forum, as they are the best you can find for several reasons and have been carefully scrutinized before becoming supporters.
You are young so you might want to consider a permanent solution over HA, but again build up your own knowledge about differences and risks to make an informed choice.
I also suggest you while researching to start immediatly working on your length if you want to add some, an extender is the easiest, safest way to get some extra length with some dedication at a very reasonable cost.
Good like on your journey

Hey, your post is probably better in the General Discussion area so I went ahead and moved it, but thanks for asking! :)

A few things, I wouldn't rush into anything, you got a lot of time ahead of you and you'll want to be sure you're making the right decision. To be honest, I usually seldom avoid encouraging anyone under 25 from considering these type of procedures; the impact our sex life & sexual health have on our growth as a mature adult can be quite significant. That said, I also can't be hypocritical as I started my journey into penis enlargement (PE) around your age, first learning about jelqing, pumping, etc. All I can do is recommend not to feel a sense of compulsion and do your due diligence.

If I were in your shoes and adamant that this is something essential to improving your sense of self-image or sexual confidence, then I'd consider safer & more temporary options given your age & experience. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) comes to mind (like tiritera suggested).

HA is relatively safe as your own body produces it, except that they've been able to formulate it for dermal filler application, providing your shaft with injectable volume. It can last a few years even for some, and is also somewhat reversible if necessary. This provides the patient with instant girth (your goal of 5" being very reasonable) and can be topped off over time.

I would recommend a PhalloBoards Sponsor - they have a public profile on this site and are contributors to both the field of phalloplasty and contributors to our community. Most of them do offer HA girth enhancement, and depending on where you reside, I can offer suggestions; you can also use the Physician Directory to browse options.

Good luck!

Oh and I forgot to mention lengthening.

You got two options:
(1) Manual PE Exercising (stuff you'd find at places like Thundersplace.org). This includes stretching, Hanging, Jelqing, and pumping. Word of caution, while many men have reported success with these methods, they aren't either (a) guaranteed or (b) safe, because proper "technique" isn't so blatantly obvious until you've experienced an injury. So approach this mode with caution and do just as much reading up as you would with Phalloplasty.

(2) Ligamentolysis. In other words, a surgery that involves severing the suspensory ligament, which in "theory" should help release more of your penis, improving Flaccid gains, and potentially even Erect gains. This is often coupled with the aforementioned Manual PE exercising to cement gains.

Lengthening is definitely more elusive than Girth, but has been achieved, I just express more caution in that area. If I were in your shoes, I'd do some mild stretching regimens, possibly edging routines, basically moderate techniques for length and then eventually pursue Girth enhancement. If anything, you may get to at least improve Erection quality along the way if you don't get any length. Again, this is if "I WERE IN YOUR SHOES", but I'm not, and I'd advise you to be prudent with your direction forward given your youth.

Again, good luck.

Thank you all for the advice. I actually have an extender already but I just haven’t been consistent with it. Honestly I’ve been looking into this stuff and the main thing I’m worried about is devolving. Does anyone have any horror stories for people who have had negative impacts? I understand that there will always be a risk but I always assume I will most likely face that risk in order to plan for that situation.

In regards to temporary vs permanent methods, I think I would rather do a permanent method since I would rather not spend time traveling and spending more money. That being said, is it recommended that I wait until I’m 25 to do permanent methods because I’m stilll maturing? The way I see it is I’m only maturing mentally not physically so I can’t see why I would wait until that age.

Honestly from what I've been gathering these past few years, temporary fillers are a lot more long-term than short-term than originally believed.

The manufacturers of these fillers give their product retention rates based on facial injections; however, the retention in the penis could be much longer because of the layers the filler is injected into, which to my understanding has less means to absorb and dissipate (i.e. lymphatics) as quickly, thus reports of longevity.

Our Ellanse reports on the site have been pretty strong despite it being a "temporary" filler, and some Clinics have reported to me that HA too has become more of a "long-term temporary" than thought before, at least as far as penile application is concerned. I'd be really interested in getting up-to-date opinions in early 2022 regarding this matter.

I say this because permanency at your age in light of how robust the current temporary market is makes me want to reiterate what I said above. I don't want to be mistaken though, permanent isn't "bad" (heck, I have permanent in me), but if I knew what I do today, I think I would have reconsidered my approach (that is in NO WAY a knock on PMMA, or that I would have done something different, just an honest hindsight).

Again, good luck either way.

Hi there welcome!

See my size progress in my signature, it was just over an Inch so i think it is possible for you to gain 5.5 Inch with multiple rounds.
PMMA i think is by far the gold standard and in my impression there is not even a second place by far. Ok Hyaluronic Acid, one thing i did not like about that is that i read here that it is supposedly softer than a PMMA result.
I think stretching is fine to do.

I would read some (or a lot of) progress reports and read the mental ups and downs that come with it.

wasup bro. I'd say if you really wan to get fillers you should work on length first. I went to 5-6" and lost about .25 of that after PMMA. Currently working on length agin now. knowing how to give good head is the first step. You're already ahead of the curve.

@Skeptical_One Can i ask, you said that HA is “somewhat reversible”. I thought HA was easily dissolved? However, i came across a post on here where by a member said he was having difficulty getting it dissolved to. Is HA as “easily reversible” as its made out to be? I would be very interested to know.

Well there are a couple factors involved. For me, volume comes to mind. I'd imagine dissolving 5cc's is less challenging than 25cc's - treatment may take multiple rounds just like the procedure. And honestly, I can't imagine the need to dissolve it 100%, even in light of issues that may present themselves. The filler itself isn't toxic, and chances are the "reversal" is being done to correct aesthetic irregularity, which can be achieved by dissolving what's necessary (and not the total volume).

That said, ultimately between hyaluronidase and/or "the passage of time," HA will go.

Also, from this article: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7398804/

In order for hyaluronidase to dissolve a hyaluronic acid filler, it must interact with its binding sites within the hyaluronic acid. The reaction of a filler to hyaluronidase depends on the hyaluronic acid concentration, the number of crosslinks, and the form of the filler. Hyaluronidase is rapidly degraded and deactivated in the body.

I'll solicit the Hyaluronidase question around to some of my HA providers and see if I can add any additional insight.
