TOPIC: PLEASE HELP !!-Breaking pmma with canula

Hey guys , i have one Nodule from PMMA , its not so visible but when someone touch my Dick can feel it , i want to go to dr nemechkova to break it with canula .. i read in the forum that some people got success.. but im scared , is Necrosis possible if the material is connected with the tissue ? I believe she will break it and then inject Kenalog or something like that ... i need to go on 1 october , please guys , give me advices, i have already 2 scars on my Dick from surgeries, i dont want anymore , this thing with the canula is my hope now ...

Here some pic , please connect me with someone who knows if im gonna have any complaints.. because the doctor doesn’t speak good enough ...

A few things:
(1) I wouldn't be alarmed by a Nodule, they are not uncommon with dermal fillers and can easily be corrected in the right hands (this is why all prospective patients should consider allocating time ahead for a 2nd appointment for possible Revision, although sometimes they can be so minor they may not require follow-up work).
(2) could you show us a photo of you not pinching it? I think we can sometimes be our own harshest critics, many contour irregularities we think are detectable are only really noticed by ourselves. I'm not saying yours can't be detected by a partner, but I'm curious to see a photo of your shaft WITHOUT you pinching it to assess how bad the Nodule is.
(3) I assume you're in Europe. You could look into traveling to Androfill in the UK if you don't trust Dr. N in Prague doing any further work. Androfill does not use PMMA (not available in the U.K.), however they are experienced with Ellanse which generates collagen & Girth much the same way PMMA does, and therefore Revision work is very much the same in nature.

Its not very noticeable..i mean.. now 2-3 days i use dmso and emu oil and iodine and it became a bit smaller ,but i heard when i stop the dmso it will become bigger again .. and yes everyone can feel it ..

What do u mean by fixing? I want to break it , do u mean putting more material inside to fix it ? I dont want anymore of it inside ... i want my Dick to be without it .. i wanna know if breaking of it its safe ... or its better to make small incision and remove it ?

While there has been some anecdotal evidence that the DMSO can help soften the nodules, I don't recall people complaining that their nodules "became bigger again" after discontinuation. There possibly were instances found scattered among the many tens of thousands of posts here, but if I were you, I'd eventually discontinue the regimen and wait and see if it gets worse first, before pursuing any other avenues of correction.

For the record - I do not recommend any attempts to correct a procedure on your own without Doctor supervision or prescription. Any information gathered on this forum that suggests a remedy can or does work is to be done at your own risk.

By fixing a Nodule, I'm a believer of the "cannula going in and breaking up the clumpy-ness" as a very effective solution. Much smaller nodules can be removed with punch incisions. I'm sure someone like Dr. Horn with Androfill could help since he's a Plastic Surgeon well acquainted with dermal fillers.

Or perhaps you don't need any work done? You grabbed and isolated a Nodule on your shaft quite aggressively, nothing that will ever be performed by a partner of yours under any circumstances or realities. I say this respectfully, but until I see a photo of you not pinching an area of thick skin so hard, I can't help but wonder if you may be over-analyzing a non-issue.

hey , i did the breaking of nodules with canula with Dr Nemechkova , she injected. some steroid, she said it’s working slow ... i have swelling now ... but i think it was successful.... i dont wanna get so happy now , before the swelling goes down ... my question is .. is it Safe to use DMSO ? because i know it removes swelling very fast ... but if she injected me with this cordysteriod and its working “ slow “ is it still down there ? i did the procedure 2 days ago ... i want to use Dmso now .. but i wonder if is gonna absord also the steroid injected inside ...

The old forum has plenty of people discussing the use of DMSO to help soften problem areas, how they used it, etc. Simply go there and use the SEARCH function and type DMSO.

Note* While the forum does not promote or condone self-treatment, DMSO is in a gray area because it has been demonstrably effective for many of my readers. That said, if you choose to go this route, please be aware of what it is, how it is applied (topically), etc. Getting a physician's opinion on its proper application would also be wise.

Has anyone here who tried this developed skin redness and peeling? While waiting for my DMSO to arrive I tried putting just a few drops of iodine on some old scar tissue in the side of my penis, My skin became very red after a while. Not very painful just red. The days following this my skin has been peeling off quite a bit from that area. I am going to leave it alone for a few days and only apply maybe some aloe vera but I am getting a little worried that this might cause some erectile problems if I keep up with the iodine? From what I've read here and on different forums that don't seem to be the case since DMSO would probably make that problem worse if it existed right?

DMSO, Iodine, and other "strong agents" should NOT be applied without medical supervision and/or clearance! Most of the issues men use these "solutions" for are aesthetic in nature, and rarely (if ever) tied to complications of form & function --> meaning they can be corrected in a Clinical setting and don't require urgency.

In my opinion, discontinue any topical treatment, and if the skin doesn't heal in the near future, seek a Dermatologist or Urologist to correct the situation. Good luck.

Thank you for your reply! What would be the "near future" in your opinion? Some skin has been peeling off now leaving "fresh" looking lighter skin underneath.

Could DMSO also soft other parts of the PMMA?
