TOPIC: Question to filler patients,is it a problem after filler wear a penis stretcher

Now in istanbul and want with one of the best Urology doctor make a y-plasty without cut the ligament,this is a soft fine Touch skin penis enlargement operation,result is 2-3cm,then i have two option then finnish,scar Repair from my old burried penis fat cut operation and a skin longer y -plasty in the pupic area,then when i go back to germany i want wear the China stretcher for 30 Dollar from ebay 18 hours one year,and then i hope we become in europe a good filler option that not so expensive in good quality ,and make filler,but i speak wirh the Urology doctor in istanbul we have a theorie that filler patient dont become the same all day penis stretcher result how a patient they dont have a penis filler treatment then this patient wear only a all day stretcher,
