These are pretty normal results for a guy who's already relatively decent sized to begin with.
Something to take note of however:
Bellafill is a
PMMA with a Bovine carrier - this is important to know because while what you see right now is LITERALLY DURING the procedure, how it settles, and how you mold it makes a
HUGE DIFFERENCE in the end result (see just about any progress report here to know).
The reason why
Bellafill may prove less ideal for
Girth enhancement is that the bovine carrier can take a lot longer to reabsorb (weeks), keeping your recovery window much wider, leading to (what on paper) would seem like more nodules, ridges, and aesthetic irregularities.
The
PMMA used in Europe and Latin America use a Cellulose carrier which reabsorbs in a few days. The reason he's not using that here is because there is a patent on the American iteration of
PMMA, and so only this brand can be used. Also, because of this, it's quite cost-prohibitive, and you usually see practitioners mixing the
PMMA with Fat or other fillers to reduce the overall cost.
If it's
PMMA you want,
Avanti Derma is hands down the best. As a matter of fact, I'd wager my life that Dr.
Casavantes's success with the filler is what's been part of
PMMA's uptick for use in the penis. Except Dr. C has access to the more ideal iteration of
PMMA. Dr. Emer also must have followed Dr.
Oates success with
HA, since a while back Dr. Emer's website had been caught using Before & Afters taken from Dr.
Oates website! They agreed to take it down and there is no telling whether or not it was a mistake, or whether Dr. Emer himself was personally involved or aware, but I do need to state this since it is relevant to this post and my site.
