Had 20/25ml of filler spaced out over two appointments and I’ve got to say it’s completely ruined the aesthetics of my Phallus, as I feel my photos show.

I feel I’ve got a couple of edemas around my Foreskin, and then just lumps of filler at various spots along my shaft, rather than being distributed evenly which I expected.

When I pull my Foreskin back the filler doesn’t seem to move in unison either, more ball up in random spots again.

Could any offer me any help or advice?

Thanks!

Sorry dude. There's a way through this.

What kind of fillers, where'd you get them, how long ago was the most recent procedure, and what sort of after care have you done?

Thanks! Was a HA Filler I had!

Last 10ml went in 2 weeks ago, but tbf all the problems were in place after the first one and the extra ml have just compounded everything...

Worst case you can always apply hyaluronidase to melt the trouble spots.

Did you wrap following each procedure? Massage to even it out? You might still be able to apply heat and massage. Take super hot baths and roll it between your two hands, a few times a day. Afterward, try wrapping it reasonably tightly to get it into a straight shape.

What does your Dr. say about this? Where'd you have it done?

I’m wary to name the place at this point, but it’s in London.

Had it wrapped after each procedure, massaged it etc, just never settled correctly unfortunately. Will keep at it though as you say!

Like you say I’d settle for my money back and getting it dissolved at this point...

I brought the asymmetry, edemas, nodules etc up with administering doctor however he pushed towards more ml to even things out which I didn’t think was the right thing at the time...

Luckily it’s not permanent in your case.

I think it would be beneficial to name the place, don't you think? I'm thinking of doing ha, pmma or elanse but I can't decide which to choose and since im from eastern Europe I was thinking about uk (so Elance or ha), between androfill and some other clinic and I'm thinking maybe it's the same clinic which you have your procedure done in. Whatt type of ha, who injected it? Thanks.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I also think it would be great to hear the name of the place you went to and the practicioner.

Bump

It would be really nice if some of the sponsors could talk about how can this happen.

Does it come down to injection technique or just unique biology of the person?

I am getting Ellanse in June and if this happens I would be stuck with the result for possibly 5+ years.

Hi,
There is a way around this. Did the second session help and how long after the first session was it? Did you get a lot of swelling with the treatments? Do you know what HA especially was it Ultra deep? HA is 'cohesive' in its nature. The more cross linking the more cohesive. So what may have gone in relatively smoothly can become lumped up.
Working with intact foreskins are more risk of this, more skin for filler to go into and not as easy to get it 'tightly' filled. It is really hard for it to look good with the Foreskin retracted even if it looks good with the Foreskin down and when erect.
Small doses of hyaluronidase and small volumes of more filler can even it out. Maybe heat makes it more mobile. Certainly over time it will, very slowly, even out a bit. Keep talking to your doctor. He will not be happy with the outcome and want to improve it. But at the same time won't want to give you your money back nor do free treatments ( doctors are not doing penis augmentations out of the goodness of their hearts, it is to make money). But it is much better for business to have happy patients and the happiest are the ones you rescue from a bad situation.
Keep us up to date with how things progress.

Hi Dr Oates!

My second session was two months after my first one. To be honest I was that unhappy aesthetically, and with the oedema on my Foreskin, that I wanted to just get everything dissolved. Unfortunately I was coerced into another 10ml of filler, which has just compounded my issues.

In general I didn’t get too much swelling to be honest on either treatment, and any I did get was short lived!

The filler I went with was Voluma, however I’m seriously thinking this wasn’t the filler I was injected with now, maybe a cheaper alternative...

I get how the Foreskin can affect the aesthetics of any result, mine doesn’t look great when not retracted but when it is it quite frankly looks ridiculous, and as per my title deformed!

My doctor offered me the chance to dissolve everything after the second treatment and refill, but quite frankly I’m worried about the filler situation and wasting more time and effort for the same substandard results.

I asked about getting a partial refund, for the second lot of filler, which I didn’t particularly want and hasn’t helped, but was shot down!

Thanks!

Would you mind disclosing the name of the doctor you saw?

I think many users, including myself, would find the information very helpful as we make our own Phalloplasty decisions.
