As I understand it takes about 4-6 weeks for collagen to completely fill in between the Ellanse microspheres...

With Dr. C you have about 3 days of follow up with Ian to help shape the injections... Wouldn't the product still migrate after the first 3 days? I mean how long do we have until we can't move the product around any more? I feel like it could move around up to a week or 2? Wouldn't this mean we have to be vigilant in moving it around up to a couple weeks post injection?

When does the product completely settle? When does collagen production ramp up? How long after we get the procedure should we stretch or hang?

As far as I know it should be pretty much set in place 5 days after the procedure.

The first 48 hours are the most crucial when the product is still pliable. After then, it gets really hard to move it around.

How do you know after the first 5 days it’s set?? Seems like it would take longer in my mind...

Then after that you want to stretch a lot or hang with that weight to prevent Turtling and to keep the tissue nice and elongated while collagen fills in?

I have talked with Androfill UK and that's what they said. First 48 hours, the Ellanse is the most pliable.

After that, it's very hard to move but not impossible. That's why you should keep an eye on it and massage.

After 5 days the carrier is pretty much set. You can't really move it.

When it comes to stretching, I think it is mostly theories. I think people stretch because they want the collagen to form in elongated state to avoid bunching up of it and avoid nodules. But I am not sure if that's how it works in practice.

I think you are right

If you let the penis turtle it seems that the collagen would grow extremely thick and wide and the penis would have a hard time extending during Erection and it wouldn’t be even along the shaft... sounds about right
