I’ll probably call them later today or maybe tomorrow but in the meantime - any ideas on why my email was rejected?

Is there another email address for the clinic?

I tried again from a different email address..
Not sure if they received it, no canned “we got your email” message.

So you're saying it went through without a denial response?

Probably but I’m not sure because I used different email addresses. The first one was a hotmail account and that’s the one which gave me the “rejected email” response..

The second email has a different domain name so not getting a “rejected” response doesn’t guarantee my email being received.
Normally when a doctor office receives an email you get a generic “email received” confirmation message. I didn’t so that’s why I’m unsure if it went though..

When I called they also gave me a different email address to try but the lady was spelling it out so fast that even after me asking her to repeat the email address I’m still not sure if I typed it out correctly..
Something to the effect of “sntis.Rejuvall at gmail dot com”?? The 1st word before the dot I’m unsure of because she talked so fast.. you could tell she’s in a rush. ..or maybe I’m a slow listener? (I am)

I actually tried to schedule a phone call with Dr. Carney but she said to email first and someone would get back with me..
So hopefully the email works because otherwise I won’t be able to schedule a consultation....

Pretty sure it was info @rejuvall .com , no? And let me know if they don't reach out to you by mid-next week, I'd like to forward that info to them. It would be pretty important they know that people aren't getting consultations setup or important questions answered.

I get this in testing, looks like they've explicitly flagged the info account in Proofpoint

550 5.7.1 <info @rejuvall .com>: Recipient address rejected: User email address is marked as invalid.

i got another email that works for Dr Carney if you want pm me and ill send you the info. I know i had the same issue when i tried the email you discussed earlier and i also got a error back.
