Hey all! I'm new to posting on the forum but have been following the forum for years. Especially looking into the thought of getting PMMA. I am based in the UK and am ideally looking for someone for a long-lasting filler (PMMA) rather than shorter-lasting fillers i.e. H.A etc. I am currently now in the position where I believe I am financially stable enough to afford penis fillers, however; with current travel restrictions and actual budgeting, I think Europe is probably still more attainable than Avanti Derma/Mexico (for now).

I was wondering if there had been more developments with Dr N. in Prague/Seville in the past couple of years. Like, have experiences with her improved in the last couple of year(s)? Are there any members that have used her *recently*, and what was their/your experience with her?

Also, in the past couple of years, have there been any other doctors in Europe setting up shop with PMMA? With reliable reviews and results?

I know the suggestions will probably be just to wait it out and go to Dr C. when possible (due to him actually being more capable with actual Phalloplasty, whereas Dr N was more used to using Metacrill for fillers in other body areas), but if anyone knows of any alternatives that are up-and-coming with good results (that are possibly affordable), let me know! (but I do understand you do get what you pay for)

Thanks all

Dr. N isn't spoken of much here anymore, although I'm sure she still practices. I think it was a combination of language barrier + mixed reviews, so far and fewer reports unfortunately.

What are your thoughts on Ellanse? I'm assuming you're familiar with Androfill (UK), it's definitely a good alternative to PMMA; Dr. Oates of Calibre (Australia) has had at least one Ellanse patient reporting no significant size loss after 4 years. The half-life of the collagen produced in the penis may last longer than indicated by the manufacturer, and this filler in particular remains an interesting option.

Otherwise if you want permanent non-surgical altogether, Mexico would be the destination.

I recently chimed in on a separate topic regarding European practitioners: if anyone knows any competent Clinics please do share! If it weren't for the language barriers, I'm sure I'd have more European Sponsors to join our discussion.

Hey Maricon, why dont you get Ellansé in Androfill as Skeptical one said. It is a collagen stimulating filler. First they inject a carrier and then your own body replaces that carrier with it's own collagen. There have been studies that shown 50% of the collagen present after 15 years.

I am getting the filler in Late march/Early April in Androfill, London.

@Skeptical_One . I believe the most recent thing I read up on was a post from 2019 regarding Dr H. (Androfill), but I can't seem to find the archived post now, it was probably a megathread on the V.2 forums the I have bookmarked somewhere. But besides that, I don't have a wider array of knowledge in regards to Ellanse. Are there any posts thus far on this forum in regards to results/gains/problems (with pics. maybe?), or are those archived somewhere on V.2 of the forums as well? If you have links I would preferably like the good, the bad (and maybe the ugly etc.), as if I am going to completely *switch* products, I'd ideally like to know other users' stories.

I had been deadset on PMMA for a while (from reading reviews that it was the best in terms of longevity/price), and in 2015/16(?) I actually contacted Dr N. about Metacrill pricing and such, and at the time I guess it seemed to be too good to be true (maybe that was for the best aha)? Do you know when the last report of her was from? From a quick search, I can find stuff from around 2017/18 but nothing after that.

Did anything come from the doctor in Italy (can't remember the name, unfortunately, I'll have to do a dig before you reply again), who was starting with PMMA?

Also, regarding Mexico and Dr C., what are the prices like for him nowadays, I haven't enquired in a while, but is it still reasonable?/ Does this forum still do anything in regards to their sponsorships/discounts etc.?

I'll also try to find that discussion.

@Tomerrdel , are there any recent reviews of this?/ When you get yours done I'll look out for it as I'm sort of hoping for this year, early summer time; but honestly who knows with the current situation!
