TOPIC: I ask for advice to solve my penis size problem

Hi, I introduce myself my name is Jek and I am an Italian boy who lives in Italy, I am almost 20 years old, I have serious size problems with my penis and this leads me to several problems including depression and low self-esteem, for this reason I avoid approaching with the girls.
In the Flaccid state my penis is 8.5 cm (3.3 Inch) in length and 8.5 cm (3.3 Inch) in circumference.
In the Erect state the dimensions of my penis are 12 cm (4.7 Inch) in length and 10.5 cm in circumference (4 Inch).
Please help me with your advice, I have been very unlucky in my life with the very small size of my penis and would like to find a solution.
I have already read many forums but have never found the answer I am looking for
Would you like some solutions for:
- Increase the length and circumference of my penis in the Flaccid state.
- Increase the length and circumference of my penis in the Erect state.
I would like you to recommend me the best operations I can do in 2020 to enlarge my penis permanently.
I do not care neither the cost of the operation nor the place of the operation as I am willing to travel to solve my serious problem.
Your advice could really change my life, thank you in advance, I will be eternally grateful for any advice you give me.

Well, you might get some flaccid length increase from a lig cut surgery. That procedure is not for the faint of , however.

Erect length is much more difficult to address. The only thing that's likely to give significant, lasting results is manual stretching. There are other boards which focus on that. It's very frustrating and it takes years to make big gains. I would start with this, since you're so young.

When you decide you've made enough progress with your length, you can get PMMA or Ellansé done to increase your girth.

All that being said, you're very young. I promise that plenty of guys with penises smaller than yours have had tons of success with women. I wasn't very confident at your age either. My advice is to do the manual PE for a couple of years, and then see if you still want to do a medical procedure.

I think that's great advice. It seems (in my opinion) the people that have had the most success, do as much as they can manually, and then go for a filler. I wish I had done more manual. I want to start stretching now, but since I've already has Ellanse, not sure how that would work out..

Da quel che ho capito e letto anche in altri post di questo forum ho capito che:
- Per risolvere il mio problema di lunghezza flacida il miglior rimedio è il taglio del legamento.
- Per risolvere il problema di circonferenza il miglior rimedio è quello di utilizzare un riempitivo( come ad esempio ellance o HA) o del grasso del mio corpo(FFT), voi se foste in me tra queste alternative quale scegliereste?
- Per risolvere il problema di lunghezza eretta ho capito che ad oggi non ci sono veri e propri rimedi o interventi chirurgici ma la miglior soluzione da quel che ho capito è quella di utilizzare un estensore e di fare stretching.
Dico bene?

You're mostly correct. Just think very carefully about the ligament cut. It's a serious abdominal surgery, and the results are very hit or miss. I know I threw be idea out there, but I decided that it wasn't worth it in my case. Regarding Girth, consider PMMA as well. FFT patients very often lose most or all of their gains, so that's something to be aware of as well.
