First time I got 13 (is it cc's?) this time I'm going back in for Kenalog on a lump, and 4 more cc's to even everything out. Really struggling to get away for a whole week. So I would get it done on a Friday mid day, and have to be back home the following Wed. Last time it seemed to take the better part of a whole week for the swelling to go down to look somewhat normal. Hoping that it's not as bad on the touch up, since I'm getting 1/3 of what I got the first time. Also, as a side note. What is the reasoning behind not doing any weight lifting for the first week? It's boring as hell, and I would love to hit the gym during the healing, but they keep saying don't, but I would like to know the reasoning why. No cardio, running, etc. Just lifting weights. There’s going to be a lot of fluid building up down there. And when you lift your testicles are tightening up along with other muscles down there. So I think it would just prolong the healing a little. Same instructions were given to not lift for a week after my Circumcision but I was doing the stair master three days later. A LOT less swelling though from that procedure.
