I've only seen nodules remain the same and/or dissipate, at least on myself. There was once a recent posting regarding the possibility of new module formation many months well after a procedure, but this appeared to be an anomaly, and reports with nodules getting larger would be outliers if there were any.
If a
Nodule grows a noticeable amount well after healing/recovery, I wouldn't be alarmed but would certainly have it checked out right away; things like foreign body granuloma come to mind (again, outliers).
