TOPIC: General questions - Dr Gary Horn (UK)

Hey all.

Ive been reading posts on this forum for a number of years now with the view of getting Girth enlargement at some point... im not getting any younger (37) and have decided im going to get this done in next couple of months after lockdown has passed.

As im in the UK Dr Gary Horn at Androfill seems like the obvious chose based on the research I have done.. I was looking at the filler Voluma

Current Erect length 7"
Current Erect Girth 4.6"

Ive attached a current photo, id be interested to hear other people feedback with a smilier starting size

My goal would be a Girth above 5" be nice to have 5.5" but I want it to look realistic. I use a bath mate pump occasionally and 20 mins can get me to around 5" Girth, sex with the wife with a pumped penis at 5" Girth really makes a difference.

I have some questions:

- Have you had enlargement in UK and who did you use?
- The filler has anyone had experience with Voluma and would you recommend it or should I been looking at a different option?
- my one concern is the massaging you have to do after having the filler and how you could mess this up.
- After having the Girth enlargement how natural does your penis look, i.e. if you went with a new women would she notice?
- if you had a partner before the Girth enlargement how did she find it after, how was sex etc?
- did you have any regrets in having the enlargement and wish you never had it done?

I honestly think your shaft-type makes for the ideal filler candidate: the long but thin (relatively speaking, since you aren't actually thin by comparison) and/or the baseball bat types.

Dr. Horn was a pretty good option when they first signed on as Sponsor PhalloBoards, and he has had quite the time & experience since to improve on his techniques, so I can't imagine a more appropriate option in your region.

I'd recommend expressing your goals to them and sticking with it. What I mean is that the allure of instant-Girth can sometimes make men push the limits of what is "natural" or "aesthetic", so be set in your goals. Besides, once you've achieved 7x5, you're certifiably hung as far as I'm concerned.

We have nearly identical starting stats and I had 3 rounds of HA. Here’s my take on your questions

Have you had enlargement in UK and who did you use?
- The filler has anyone had experience with Voluma and would you recommend it or should I been looking at a different option? The filler has been great except a bit soft in the Flaccid state and obviously it’s dreadfully expensive for being temporary. No regrets with the filler itself although if I were in the uk I’d consider Ellanse.
- my one concern is the massaging you have to do after having the filler and how you could mess this up. See my post on after care. Don’t have sex or masturbate for a few days . You’ll also need more than one round for aesthetics. I mainly left mine alone rounds 2 and 3 and it was great.
- After having the Girth enlargement how natural does your penis look, i.e. if you went with a new women would she notice? No one would notice although I tell existing partners who were with me prior to the HA filler.
- if you had a partner before the Girth enlargement how did she find it after, how was sex etc? She finds it.... big. And she’s had some big ones.
- did you have any regrets in having the enlargement and wish you never had it done? I was a bit freaked out at the look after round one but after round 2 it looked great. I wouldn’t change it back lol.
